The Lox Works, complete with cream cheese & capers, can be done on your choice of bagel. In fact, any of the breakfast sandwiches can be done how you want it, and there are literally a million combinations. There's plenty of seating inside & even outside, so you can enjoy the view of the placid gulf as it laps up to Pensacola Beach while enjoying your breakfast. I simply ordered cookies and cupcakes and had to change my order. I had to call back three times because the person (guessing the owner) was not there?? I would think a teenager in high school could take an order change. I just got off the phone with the business development manager making excuses and eventually yelling at me. Unbelievable. Been going here for 30 years and will never go back because of that human and the lack of customer service. J's bakery used to be a wonderful place with nice people who worked there.
