Reached them today and I described the woman who took my order and asked the new owners to ask for her & their response was basically well the appraisals were not on your receipt so you are just out of luck. We don't care what you say you were promised. They didn't even ask the employee- who was so nice. Well I l USED to be a customer here but won't be going back- sad- the prior owner and employees there had been so nice!!
