If you are on the fence of whether or not you should come to this location or transition to sugaring from waxing, let me tell you something... stop thinking and just do it ! Now, let me tell you why. Sugaring is not only way less painful than waxing but the results last longer and it's all natural. I got waxed for years and transitioned to sugaring a little over a year ago and have not looked back since. With waxing the temperature is never consistent(hot wax is not fun at all), my skin would sometimes swell, almost always had ingrown hairs and irritation when the hair starts to grow back. Needless to say I've never experienced any of that with sugaring... NEVER! Mikaela is the sweetest person ever and you will feel super comfortable here. And I'm surprised no one has mentioned the parking or no restroom available. Parking is available in the back of the building for free just pray you can find a spot and if you're one of those ladies who like to "freshen up" before your appts if coming from work, school, etc. or may need to use the restroom I suggest you do that before coming here because it wont happen. read more

I had never done any sort of waxing in my bikini area before but I had been wanting to try sugaring because I heard it's better for sensitive skin. I made an appointment the same day through their website and parking was right next to the building which was a plus. I got the full Brazilian done with Lissette and I highly recommend the experience! She explained everything to me, was so gentle and hygienic, and did a great job at distracting me during the (very few) painful parts. It did hurt a little bit because of the area she was working with but it was definitely manageable. I appreciated how Lissette did a thorough clean up to try to get rid of any remaining stubble that may have persisted and she made sure I was hairless. Business requires credit card to book appointment but will cancel your appointment if you don't answer the confirm text 2 days prior to your appointment. There is no way a new client would know this since it is not listed on the website. I thought the whole point of booking an appnt with credit card alleviates any such issues. Due to COVID, I haven't been comfortable to go to my usual sugaring place until I've discovered this place! Upon arrival, I liked how the space was clean and small. Lissette was the one who attended me and I am honestly amazed. She made sure to check my temperature and directed me to the sink to wash my hands which I appreciate. You still don't understand that I don't mind paying your prices. I wanted an explanation for why a front only Brazilian is cheaper for a new client and adding the buttocks strip makes it more expensive than a regular client paying for front and back. If you are going to have a $5 discount for a new client front only Brazilian than it would make since for you to have a $5 discount for a new client doing the front and back OR the SAME price as a regular client adding the buttocks. Under no circumstances should a new client be made to pay more than a regular client, especially when you already have a cheaper new client special on your services. I think you need someone that has a better grasp of English to explain my issue to you. When I asked you about the difference on the phone you said it was because of the hair but why is that an issue with the buttocks and not also the front? It's all the same hair. And I will release AGAIN, I wasn't asking you to change any prices. I wanted a logical explanation for making a new client pay MORE than a regular client because your pricing now doesn't make sense. I took my business somewhere else with someone that isn't charging me more for being a new client. read more

Results are amazing! Your hair grows back so thin, and super slow. Michaela was patient and gentle with me, which made me very comfortable. My appointment was quick and easy, however the suite is somewhat hard to find due to the building being older. I will defiantly return to her on a monthly basis. From the moment I called when Lissette let me know of a special to the moment I walked in, she did everything she could to make me feel comfortable.
