I love the atmosphere at sugaring NYC. It is super easy to book an appointment online. I was greeted immediately upon entering. I had Benitra for my Brazilian. She was excellent and thorough. If you're normally one that gets waxed but are interested in trying sugaring, I highly recommend it. I have less problems with ingrowns, and the process seems more delicate on your skin. Jaz was great! I've waxed before, but I've never tried sugaring, and she did a great job explaining how it's different (& better!) The facilities are beautiful and clean, and they have some really nice touches, like great smelling products, and they even give you a stress ball to squeeze if the pain gets a little too intense. The place it self has a downtown salon vibe. Very girly, cute, clean and smells like cotton candy . Reception and sugarista were nice and made me feel comfortable.
