They make it a one stop shop at Prom USA. The store has some really great sales too. I couldn't believe they had a $25 rack of dresses. The employees have great service with a smile & really try to help you.

I made an appointment with Winnie, not thinking that this would be the weekend that I would find the dress and definitely not thinking that I would find my dress at the first bridal shop-- Winnie Couture. I met Erica, who had previously been texting me during the week about styles of dresses I liked and wanted to try on-- we immediately gelled. Her positive attitude, sense of humor, and authenticity were exactly what we needed to make the appointment light, fun, and an unforgettable experience. Like every bride, wedding dress shopping with their mother is special. My experience was special to me because my mother raised me, her only child, on her own after my father passed away suddenly less than 2 years after they were married. I wore one of his old sweaters to the appointment to have a piece of him there. I tried on a few dresses-- some looked good, some looked less than good on me. Erica was honest and fun the entire time. When the dress styles that I thought would look great on me didn't, Erica recommended dresses that pushed me "out of the box". Then I put on "the dress"-- the dress that I wasn't supposed to find that weekend. Its a custom dress-- my favorite characteristics of 2 different dresses into 1! My mother balled. And even Erica cried! (She told me that she'd been working for almost 20 years in bridal dress fashion and never once cried!) It was a special and touching moment! I felt like a bride-- I looked great and I know my fiancee is going die when he sees me in it coming down the aisle. The entire Winnie Couture experience was great-- since I said "yes, to the dress" I've returned for my fitting and a dress reveal with my best friends/bridesmaids. The staff is so nice and they go above and beyond to make you feel special. Erica truly made my experience fun and memorable! She knows her stuff! She also has a great heart and vibrant spirit.

I had a recommendation from this place for having cheaper dresses and good quality so I gave a try. The owner was really nice to me when I set my appointment and when I got there she treated me really well in her simple and honest way about the dresses that looked better on me not based on prices. Her dresses are all under $600 and I got mine for $300! I wanted some alterations to do still, but it was still so much worth it!!!! The only thing is that she'll not gonna have a bunch different sizes and quantity for each style because she gets the dresses with better prices only, but to be honest, I couldn't find any other place that would have dresses under $800, so I was really surprised with finding this store!

One of them even went so far as to call the owner and ask her why she wouldn't work with me. The owner of Elegant Expressions called and left me an ugly voicemail telling me that they would never sell me another dress. However, The Sentimentalist called me on October 8th to let me know it arrived at their shop! I was so excited! Since I was out of town, I booked an appointment for October 15th, requesting to be paired with Lauren again if possible. I parked and headed inside for my 12PM appointment. The associate at the counter got me checked in, asked if I wanted anything to drink, and seated me in my room. Soon, I was met by a smiling and sweet Lauren! She had arranged her schedule to make sure she could be there with me today. She guided me to where my gown was hanging and prepped for me, and stood right outside the curtain in case I needed assistance. When I came out and looked in the mirror, I was so pleased. I had brought my veil and shoes with me for the full effect, and Lauren had even kindly boxed my veil up for me and packed it in a nice tote bag, since I had brought it in all wound up inside the shipping bag it had come in in. It's the little things that really mean so much. Lauren, as well as the other stylists who peered around the corner to see me in my dress and offer kind words, made me feel so beautiful.
