She led me to a table and I got a menu to peruse. A male staffer was chowing down and a woman behind me was almost done eating when I sat down. It was quiet and nice. A group of three women came in towards the end of my stay. I am normally a miso or shoyu broth person. I looked at how creamy the tonkotsu looked and wanted it. I got it with thick noodles and corn. I also got a Diet Pepsi and gyoza. The former came first. It came in a cup. The carbonation was nice. It tasted crisp. It was cold. I loved it. My ramen and gyoza came together. It was different, but I was fine with it. The gyoza was excellent. The filling was delicious. Each wrapper held everything together. It was pan-fried perfectly. The dipping sauce made each gyoza yummy. I loved the tonkotsu ramen. I normally don't like the smell of tonkotsu. It was different here. The pork smell was down to a minimum. The broth was creamy and full of body. I loved it so much that I drank the whole thing. I have never done that with tonkotsu broth ever. I got thick noodles. They were chewy and bouncy. So good! The chachu was excellent. I got two decent slices. They were so yummy with the egg, black fungus, and green onion. The corn elevated this bowl of ramen. I have been thinking about this ramen ever since. It was excellent. I paid for my meal at the counter. I used a credit card to pay. I tipped and tapped. Done!
