We were hesitant on this place by the photos but after seeing the reviews of great service and selection, we decided to give it a try. We got there at exactly noon, the time of our appointment, and let one of the associates know we were there for an appointment for a groom fitting. Another couple walked in after us with an appointment and was helped right away. We wandered around for 15 minutes and just ended up leaving. I have to say that we went to K and G as usual to get my husband a few new suites and we were so disappointed they didn't have much of a selection of large sizes. So we went to Suit City and there we found exactly what we needed. In less then 30 mins we had a new suit. We were helped the second we walked in. The guy that helped us, Brennan was an excellent helper and attentive. He's young and he knew what he was talking about. I was surprised since he looks young. The price of the suit was worth it. A bit pricey but definitely beats searching for hours for the right suit in one store when clearly it is a waste of time. We will absolutely be visiting Suit City in the future again. read more

I called the store yesterday at 11:03 am and spoke with the owners nephew, ZACH. I asked him about a specific pair of pants that I saw last time I was there. He said they were in stock. I told him that I wouldn't be able to come in until today, looking to make the purchase over the phone. I just drive here, from Wildwood IN THE RAIN and the pants are not in stock. I'm livid! Yesterday, I went to 3 men's warehouse stores, and was facing some real issues getting an outfit for my daughter's wedding. I came here as a last resort. These guys saved everything for the wedding. I walked out with a suit, shirt,tie, even shoes for less than I would have spent at Men Warehose . Excellent service, fast professional and friendly. Every man there took a stressful situation and made it great. I walked out of there amazed at the value and treatment. Do NOT waste your time at Men's Warehouse. Scam Artists. Terrible experience, lousy customer service, completely unprofessional. (Yelpers getting the picture here?) Ordered 2 suits, one for a special event, one for regular wear. No issue with the pricing of the suits or the first visit. Ordered both suits to be altered on site, pants hemmed and taken in, jacket buttons moved and cuffs shortened. Donaldson assisted with marking the suits, and to be fair, he was quite helpful, and rang me out. I paid for the suits and alterations, and left. Two days later I went to pick up the suits. I try on the suits while there and noticed that the jackets had not been altered AT ALL, and the pants appear to have not been taken in. (didn't fit, and chalk still visible) although the pants had been shortened to the appropriate length. I bring this to their attention, and they ask to see the receipt, and point out that Donaldson hadn't rung out the ordered alterations properly, and that was why it wasn't done. They also joked and made it seem like he does this a lot...(unprofessional) I don't particularly blame him, stuff happens, and life in retail means you expect to compensate for issues like this. Managements response to the problem is my biggest issue. Now THEIR pins are on the jacket, and THEIR chalk marks are plainly visible, so it is obvious what THEY need to do. Instead of saying "OOPS, let us fix it.", which is the correct response here, they instead try to play the "You're going to have to pay even more money to cover for OUR mistake" game. Yeah...in a world where websites like Hockerty guarantee their alterations when they don't even see the customer, you instead choose to blame the customer for not knowing your internal processes, and treat the customers wasted time dealing with your mistake as without value by trying to nickel and dime the customer over your incompetence. Good luck with that business model. read more

Great selection and size options. Excellent customer service. We stopped in looking for a suit for a special occasion. We left with a stylish suit that fit great, three shirts, two pairs of shoes and a suit accessory. We paid the fee to have a rush hem to the pants. It was done in less than 5 mins. Phil is truly the best! Needed a tux rental for a wedding, not too easy for women, this place made us feel welcome. Worried a bit as the suits came in close to the date, but the alterations were super fast. And when my pants still didn't fit right, Phil swapped me an off the rack pair, altered them in an hour, and I looked fantastic! I needed a suit for an interview and decided to stop by and check it out going solely based on reviews. I'm happy to say that they went above and beyond my expectations. An associate named Joe assisted me and stated that he worked there for about 25 years, so that he knew what he was doing. He gave me advice on suits, what to wear for my interview, best looking suits for the interview, and just talked me through every little detail. As I tried on the suits he gave me, he explained to me why he brought the suit and what style was in nowadays. Showed me a couple tricks on how to make a suit look better and what areas needed to have space and some cautionary things to look for incase I wanted to shop alone one day. Besides awesome customer service, the prices were fantastic and within my price range. Tailors are very fast as well which is also a plus.
