The owner and I discussed the alteration for the waist. I suggested that he use the fabric left over from the hemming be used to extend the waist. When I arrived to try on all three pair to ensure they were correctly done, I was appalled at what had been done to the third pair. The owner had removed all of the labels from my pants, and had three seams running down my butt. Not a good look. The owner stated that he could not add the inch on the right side of the pants due to the pocket. I said why didn't you call me to inquire if I wanted to proceed before you ruined my pants. He couldn't answer the question. I stated that if you had called, I would have told you DON'T PROCEED, LEAVE THEM ALONE and only hemming them. Now, because the seams were surged in and surged again when he seemed them up. These pants are too tight and cannot be worn. The pants cost $174, and I was charged $65 for the alteration. I will NEVER go back again. On top of all of this, he was cocky about not putting the labels back in my pants. He stated that "he didn't think the labels were important." Wrong answer, these are my pants and you don't determine what was not important to me. When I duscuss an alteration with you abd you or whoever is doing the alteration change it, you should call the customer before proceeding. DONE WITH THIS PLACE.

This place is located in the same strip mall as Home Depot, right next to Ulta, Petco, etc. They've got what seems like an even more expanded selection now. Just countless amounts of boots. The clothes racks are packed with tons of products, but that clothing section is pretty cramped, they've jammed a lot of clothes in a small area. If there's a ton of customers in the store at one time you probably can't even walk inside there. This place seemed a tad short on staff the night I was there. Very nice girl getting trained doing a really good job with her customer service while we were there. The line took a bit too long for how many people were in there though, should've been in & out. It seemed logical to have the manager dealing with the customers at the register during those moments to get the customers there out quicker. Would go back for boots for sure. It's the only place around here that sells them that I know of.

After another couple of minutes he came and told me that he was closed. I told him I was in line before he turned off his lane light. He didn't seem to care and walked back to his register. Of he had looked up to see who was the last person in line before turning off his lane light, that would have been better customer service care. Luckily this is not my go to box store. I inly come to target if I have other errands at the mall. Primarily due to their lack of merchandise variety in the grocery department and poor cashier customer service qnd long lines at the registers. I only had a couple of items but xant 7se the self checkout since they don't allow cash to pay there.

Either she'll fix the invisible zipper for 15, or if it doesn't work she'll replace it for 40. She easily could have replaced the zipper and charged me more. She didn't though. I got my dress back in perfect condition and only spent the 15. That kind of integrity can be hard to find, so I appreciate Irma for that. With all the unknowns of covid during this time period, they always did their best to answer any questions or concerns I had and always squeezed me in for the appointments I requested. I'm so thankful for them and also the team in India for all their hard work on the beautiful outfits they hand-make. They even made a beautiful 2nd dupatta to complete my outfit when I changed my mind a few months before the wedding. Sarah helped my vision come to life. I always wanted a peachy colored lengha, especially since my wedding was in the summer. Sarah ordered custom swatches for me and I was able to choose the perfect shade for my skin tone. I also wanted a train with scalloped edging around the border as well as on the dupatta. All of the little details were done perfectly and I appreciate all of her time spent making sure it came out how I wanted. Once my outfit was complete, Preet put together the most beautiful and unique custom set of Choora and kaliyre that were hand-painted and gold-plated. I didn't want a traditional look for the choora/kaliyre. My jaw dropped when I saw how nicely it tied my whole look together. I love her eye for jewelry.
