We had a wonderful experience here. The salesman was courteous, helpful and attentive. Gave us a good deal on several suits we purchased for a special event. Whom I believe to be the owner saw us leaving the dressing and asked if we had been helped very nice guy was on the phone; yet took the time to address us. Greetings suit Xpress, This place doesn't disappoint. You'll be able to get suits from 120-500 depending on the style you like. I'm glad we drove from Sacramento to here to buy our suits. My cousin went here before and recommended my brother and I to come here. I think it's perfect to buy your suit and get it tailored. I think I the tailoring was decent price from 10-70 depending on how much alterations. It does take one full day to alter so we had to come back the next day. What I really enjoy was the person who was helping us. I believe her name is Katrina. She been working there for two years, but with the company for about seven years. She know her stuff hands down. I was very pleased with the groomsmen suits purchased at Suit Xpress for my wedding. I came here on two separate occasions. To be honest, the first time I was not very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise of the young man that helped us. We ended up leaving a deposit on a suit but feeling a little unsatisfied, we went back again and were assisted by George (from Brazil) the second time around. What a difference that was! George was very friendly right off the bat and based on his appearance knew his suits and styles very well. I let him know what I wanted and was able to pick out a few suites that I ended up really liking. He also gave me great suggestions on tie and shoe combinations which worked out great for our wedding party! He even assisted us with the deposit we had previously left and credit it to a suit for my father in law. Overall, I was very happy and satisfied with the service and suits we got the second time around from George. I only took one star off based on that first experience and also because I think that if you are going to purchase more than 6 or 7 suites there should be some sort of freebie as other suit stores tend to offer. If you are ever in the need of a suit don't come here. Came to this store, bought 3 suits, one had to be ordered because they didn't have the size in stock. Two weeks later I go to pick it up, which I assumed it would be ready since they said they would have it in 3 days, well what do you know, they forgot to order it (this was a Sunday) when I went to pick it up. Jimmy tells me to come back Tuesday that he will have if for me first thing in the morning and that he would call to let me know it was there. Tuesday evening and still haven't received the call, I keep calling and they just send me to voicemail. Guess tomorrow I will go for my refund. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't fit you for your true suit size! If you are not shaped for the standard size they will not fit you for what you need! This has been real stressful trying to get suit for my fiancé's groomsmen! There are also no refunds or exchanges so we are stuck with suites and shirts that don't fit! They said go get them tailored but with all the things that have to be fixed, it is the price of a new suit!! This is crazy!! They don't have longs for people who are tall and slim they just have regular and if you have long arms you are screwed!
