Showed up an hour late, ripped my dryer vent and told me I should replace it every year. Thought I'd let it go. Then busted my buffet legs off. Blamed it on the legs being loose. Then told about 1.5 hours to try to get my fridge moved. I stopped them and told them it was an absurd amount of time. I told them to finish and to leave. That was 3 hours in. I even broke down my own bed to save time. I Emailed the owner and explained. Then called him and we spoke. He said he'd talk with them. They said the vent wasn't torn and they had it. Also said the buffet weighed 20 lbs. Aaron agreed to fix the buffet, take off $20 for the vent, and reduce the move by 30 minutes. He said the manufacturer would have to remove the fridge door. Nobody else could. I asked why there was no convo about it. He lectured me and I ended the call. Later, after I called other movers and learned it would be a minimum of $250 to move only a fridge I told him he should pay for it or get it done for free. He called me, called me a liar, said "fuck it, you buy your own furniture!!" I told him I was reporting him to the BBB. He continued to yell and hung up. Then text me that I dug my own grave. And to report him all day. He also emailed me saying I was a liar and trying to extort money....I paid $500 for his staff to not complete the job, break items, and be yelled at. This was an awful experience and I'm paying $750 for this move of only a few pieces of furniture. I paid less with double the furniture years before. Don't use this mover. Update: new movers came today and got the fridge out in about 10 minutes. The door didn't even need to be taken off. This is a reflection of how inexperienced the staff of this moving company are. Some tenants of ours hired this company to move them out of our house. When they drove onto our…read moreproperty they drove through our yard, with no regard for our grass or plants (tore up the grass, and probably killed the plants). They managed to bang things into walls a lot, due to not being careful. The truck driver insists on smoking all over people's property, as well, which gets into the buildings. He was very rude when I told him that we do not allow smoking on our property. Definitely an extremely unprofessional, and immature employee. As they were finally finishing up and leaving the driver started talking a lot of trash about me posting truthful reviews online. Then for some reason claiming that they could do anything they want on the property because my "parents" hired them. Very odd, since the tenants are not related to us at all. Apparently that driver bought into their cons (the reason we kicked them out). As they were driving away the driver kept yelling something out of his window... I'm guessing he was continuing to try and insult me, though I could not hear what he was saying through his mostly closed window. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Once the inspection report is finished, the buyer and seller can negotiate the repairs. There are two options; the seller can either fix the repairs at their expense, or the seller can reduce the sales price to compensate the new buyers for repairs. The home inspector is not employed/hired by the seller, but it is the buyer who hires the home inspector (and pays for it). The buyer realtor does not select the home inspector. They can offer them a list of inspectors in the area, however it is the buyers who would call an inspector for services. The owner is a "stand-up" family man who has been an integral part of the Bastrop County community. He volunteers in the community and knows his stuff. His prices are fair and you get a very comprehensive home inspection. Scott is not all business. He is a delight to do business with and a person who goes "above and beyond" business. He truly cares about his work, reputation, and community!

She kept in contact with me every step of the way, and provided me many photos to make sure I was happy with the final color. There were a few touch ups last minute that needed extra time to dry, so she advised me to just let the table sit for a couple days before using it. Now the table is a very close match to its original condition. All in all, very satisfied with the result and cost of the project, and would gladly work with Mandi again for any similar projects.

Back in September I called them up spoke to Chris(the owner) and had him come out for a quote. All went well, he seemed nice and accepted his price he quoted my wife and I and payed him what he requested in order to buy the 2 Granite slabs that day. We agreed he would have it done 3 weeks later, and signed the quote and he left. This is where "red flags" started shooting out at me. He was all tattooed up, meaning his face, above eyes, neck, all over arms but decide to look past that. Over the next 2 weeks there was times he ghosted me, didn't respond to texts, or calls, or return my calls, again I looked past it as he is maybe a startup company or he was busy. Coming up on the deadline he kept saying he's still doing fabrication to my slabs, I thought 2.5 weeks later really, and again looked past it, even after he would ghost me for hours on a given day, or for 2-3 days at a time. Then Chris randomly hits me up and says we can install tomorrow and it will now cost more for the Iron braces for my kitchen island, even after I was quoted for that, again I assume he's going to take care of me and my granite install. He shows up with his crew the day prior to the deadline which was a house party, and starts to install 3.5 hrs late and kept texting me all morning he was coming soon. That was a week into October. So my wife and I were stuck cleaning till 1am for the house party cause they had finished really late. And that's when I started to noticed issues... -granite wasn't attached to the cabinets I could pull up small areas without resistance, again he said he had sealed them on. - kitchen island had a 3/8" gap between the iron braces and the granite(they are meant to support the granite) they just stuck a wood shim on top of every bracket. -the sinks I had purchased through Chris were mounted sloppy as told to me by multiple plumbers from a solid plumbing company. -their plumber Chris had me go through to have my brand new faucets installed also didn't install 3 of them correctly(1 didn't work, 1 was mounted Crooked, and one had the wrong pipe used under the sink. He quoted me a great price. But Cost me almost 400$ more after I paid their plumber to have A&A plumbing come in and fix it. As he already took the payment after saying it was completed. - the Granite company didn't pick up our old counters and vanities which I had already paid for. -Chris and his crew joked way to much with me while they were installing. A little is fine and cool man but after the 11th time saying one of your guys have to poo poo and granite can be stretched literally made me think I can't take you serious anymore. -etc Fast forward just over a month, a week into November Chris the owner randomly texts me after days of trying to get him to fix the center kitchen island saying he is in route now. Luckily I am retired and was at home to let his crew in. But he said he need another 400$ for 5 more longer iron brackets for the island. And only installed 4 of them and didn't refund me for the 5th or the 4 previous paid for iron brackets now sitting in my garage. The island got remount great the second time. But still left without taking the old counters and vanities on the side of my back yard. Finally a month and a half after the original install date of October, he still ghosts my messages and no answers my calls to pick up the trash he left in my yard and refund me the extra charges. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, BAD COMMUNICATION, LIES, NOT ONTIME TO ANYTHING ACCEPT TO GET PAYMENT, CHARGED ME 400$ EXTRA FOR WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR, SLOPPY INSTALL OF NEW SINKS, LEFT LOTS OF TRASH IN MY YARD.
