The main issue with them is customer service. We signed a contract with a $500 damage deposit. Its been two months and through several calls/texts/emails, there has been no response about the deposit. This to me is absolutely shady. They pretty much just kept the money and disappeared off the face of the Earth with no explanation. I would be weary renting from this place as they might try to scam you like they have done with us so far. We will definitely never be back.

You don't have a contract to protect against this? Just a simple clause in contract... Owner can not pull unit from fleet while there are pending reservations. Simple stuff. No other options because I discovered this 28 days prior to our trip and everything was rented unless I wanted to do a serious downgrade. Owner (Kelly) says "it's not my fault I can't control what an owner does" Ummm yes you can!!!! It's called a contract!
