I had a faded auburn and wanted to go platinum, which I had before. I knew it was going to be hard because I need a color correction with my faded red hair. If it was done incorrectly, I would have a carrot head. My appointment was with Tiffany. Very girly name, so I was expecting someone girly. To my pleasant surprise, she was a very natural and easy going girl- a hippy, if I can say so. She was sweet, funny and most importantly, wanted the best for my hair. My treatment started with a light massage and her bleaching my hair. I've never bleached before so I was nervous but she explained the whole process to me. I was put under the heat (on a hot day) and I was sweating like a pig. She brought me wine to cool me down and I enjoyed the scenery in their little backyard garden. After washing my bleached hair, my nightmares came true. My roots were platinum blonde but my red turned bright orange. The ladies in the salon kept looking at my like I was insaneeeee. I was calm though because I trusted Tiffany. She added blue/purple dye to my hair to cancel out the orange and I came out with grey/brownish hair. It wasn't what I was hoping for but she said the color will fade with each wash. She was correct. As I washed my hair, it became lighter. It was like I got another dye job! I loved how my co-workers would ask me, almost on a daily basis, if I changed my hair again. It's been a week and I'm extremely satisfied with my dye job. I'm afraid that one day, when I wash it, it'll turn orange- but I'm praying to the hair gods that this won't happen. Tiffany (which I'd rather call Crow because she likes that name better) did an amazing job. It costed me $130 and was worth every penny. I also bought their shampoo and conditioner which was about $50 but worth the investment to keep my color in and healthy. She said I could come back for highlights to obtain the platinum I wanted, but I'm completely fine staying like this. Thanks Crow!

Not only did she cut my hair to my exact liking, she also helped me save my money by telling me that I only needed a root color and not all over! She said it just needed to be trimmed all over and when she's gets to know me and my hair better we can get crazy if we like! Haha! I am 53 and she is in my age group. The best stylists from The Creative Cuts International including Roselle, Susie, Linda and Julie, reassembled here at Bobo under Roselle's ownership and they created a wonderful place for us to continue experiencing their expert services. It has an atmosphere of casual friendliness, professionalism, prompt services and personal attention! Appointments are highly recommended since these stylists are booked quite in advance but they do their best to accommodate walk-in's when they can! Moreover, maturity level has a lot to do with it. Location: Salon is located near the Bay Club, the location is beautiful and plenty to do afterwards, but not worth it when you leave the salon with results that you clearly advised you did not want to see. Parking: Metered parking, somewhat tight due to gym; however, the salon does provide you a pass. Front desk person: Woman that answers the phone provides the recommendation on who to see based on the description that you give her; altough I'm not sure she is the right person so make those determinations. Color: Failed results at all times, kept saying that it's a process, yet she never invested in achieving the color as we discussed. I felt low and disregarded every single time I left the salon. I paid over $1000 to not obtain the results in each session. When I shared my concerns with her and advised that the incorrect color was used, she became distant, ghosted me on text and was not honest about when she was in the office. I called the salon and the woman at the front told me she was there. I feel cheated and hurt. There is no salon manager, no one that cares or that you can speak to about your concerns. Payments are done directly to the stylist.
