The entire staff is incredible, the level of service is unmatched. Not only did I get the perfect suit but it was tailored by the owner, in house, plus I was able to get the perfect shirt, tie and shoes right there. Today I visited the store "Suits 4 Men" at Premium Outlet Mall, Chesterfield, MO-63005 with a friend. An employee approached and explained about the suits. I thanked her and told her I would ask if I had any questions. I then started translating to my shopping companion who has limited English skills. The employee interrupted me and told me I was very disrespectful for speaking to my shopping companion in my native language. She told me to speak in English or I should get out of the store and that she would call the police on me for talking in my native language. She stated that "in America" I am not allowed to speak any other language other than English.  I left the store and first spoke to the mall management who indicated that they would investigate. Later I was told to go back to the store and speak to the store manager. When I spoke to the store manager who is also listed on Linked-In as the president of "Suits 4 Men", he tried to minimize the incident. Then store manager stated that the employee was a member of the family that owned the store and that she would not apologize. He implied that nothing would be done to correct this incident. As a South-Asian graduate student, I was shocked by the conduct of the "Suits 4 Men" employee and extremely disappointed by the lack of action taken by the manager/president of this business. This incident was humiliating to me and an example of racism in the U.S. read more

I walked in 1 hour before a wedding for a royal purple shirt of all colors as I haven't found ANYWHERE else that carried it. When I tell you I seen shirts and walked toward it boom I see purple shirts. Perfect. I didn't get the man's name but my receipt says it was James. James my man. For the lords sake you saved my day. He said nope you're in the wrong section for your size and took my to the right place. He asked if I knew my size and what color I was looking for and the FIRST SHIRT THIS MAN GRABBED was perfect. I'd go back for a suit, shirt, tie, whatever I need as long as James would be there to help me again. read more

I cannot recommend Suits 4 Men more. They outfitted me and my groomsmen for my wedding, and did an absolutely superb job. Eduard was professional and knowledgeable, helping me determine which suits to buy based on my budget and desires, and honestly explaining the benefits of the different price and style options. He coordinated with five out-of-town groomsmen for their sizing, knew immediately when one of them reported poor measurements and predicted the correct fitting suit, seamlessly received and shipped the suits to them, and everyone was impressed at the quality they got for the price. Half a year later, a groomsmen asked me if they still had his measurements: a 5 minute phone call with Eduard and he pulled them up for me. One groomsman and myself were in St. Louis, and received top-notch tailoring and service at their store location. The big box stores give you significantly poorer quality and service, and for higher prices. Other local shops don't compare with the service and selection. I will be going to Suits 4 Men for any future suit, and recommend them to everyone. read more

Never in a man's life has he been so taken care of before stepping into Suits 4 Men. From the moment we walked in, I felt like an infant being taken care of- except as a well groomed man. The complete experience of looking for dress clothes is long - at this store it's the complete opposite. I had pants tailored in less than an hour by a Master Tailor & my shirt sized/tried on in less than 10 minutes of walking into the store. I went to three competing businesses before finding my way to Suits 4 Men for my upcoming wedding. 2 out of 3 of them acted like it was an inconvenience to even tell me what my options were let alone help me try something on. After each one I looked at my fiance in disbelief. I couldn't believe that they expected me to spend money at their establishment after that poor of customer service. The experience could not have been any more different at Suits 4 Men. We spoke with Eduard from the beginning and I was extremely impressed. Not only was he a wealth of knowledge, but I could tell that he was genuinely invested in my wedding. He walked me through every option and discussed the differences between each. I'm the type of person that asks a lot of questions and he never even hinted that it was too much. We spent two full hours at his store, but it really didn't feel like it. I don't think I can fully express how good the customer service was. It was easily the best that I have ever received across any industry. Okay enough on how awesome he his. The prices were an absolute bargain. My suit looks like something that would cost 2 or 3 times more than what it does. The cost combined the quality of the suits quickly showed me that we weren't going anywhere else. The stitching and material were perfect. Sometimes you can just look at something and know it's quality without even touching it. All of my groomsmen have really appreciated the whole process as well. Eduard has been there every step of the way for any additional questions or concerns. I have already been told that one of my groomsmen is going to go back for another suit. Speaking of which, while was in the store I heard a man come in who had previously been a groomsman in a wedding where the groom used Suits 4 Men. He liked the quality and price so much that he had to come in and buy his suits from them. If you want to ever judge a company by its quality look at how many referrals they bring in. I know this was long winded and there's still more that I wish I could say, but I truly in my heart feel like you would be doing yourself a disservice to not at least give yourself an opportunity to meet the team and see what they have to offer. I've read all of the reviews about this company and I really don't understand how there could be a negative one. I honestly feel like there are people that in no situation can be pleased. If I were you I would ignore them and focus on the multitude of glowing reviews. Don't let the bad apples ruin an amazing experience for you. All I know is that I am thrilled to wear this suit for my wedding and I couldn't be more ecstatic with how well this has gone. A sincere thank you to Suits 4 Men and Eduard. read more

I actually went to the location in SOUTH COUNTY MALL. The service was excellent, the tailor was very knowledgeable and having a welcoming environment, he knew what he was doing for sure. He was not pushy, and made sure that I purchased a suit that's made for my body type. The suit was quality, as well as the shoes that I bought to go with, from brand names to the not so popular names, too. It's a family owned business with over 53yrs of custom suit services in the father only. Tailoring on-site and sometimes the Mother is there to do it. I had two weddings that I was best man for. Both grooms booked at this store, mostly because they were easy to shop and re-size as needed. Terrible experience on both occasions after purchase. Two pairs of shoes that fell apart, two suits tailored incorrectly, one belt that broke due to having weak hinges. The tailor "didn't need" me to put on shoes to see how the pants would fit for break on the shoes I intended to wear. They hemmed the pants approximately 6 inches up on the inside instead of cutting the excess material away. Overall I would not recommend this business. I wear suits to work every day and I'm telling you gentlemen, you get what you pay for when it comes to men's suits and accessories. read more

I was trolling the mall for places I could get decent shoes, a shirt and a belt for a night out when I came across Suits 4 Men (is there a Suits 4 Women out there somewhere??) As there only 2 salesmen in at the time I felt safe walking in from getting bombarded by questions if I could be helped. Another store for men on the lower level had 4 salesmen standing around and I only briefly peeked in as it didn't take long for one to start walking my way. Anyway ... they didn't have the shoes I was looking for (silver, this was a nice place :) but could help me with a belt and a tie. This was for the Snow Ball 2013 and the theme was ice colors and they helped me a perfect ice blue tie. For the belts, they have this nifty (yes, I said nifty) ratchey belt, no poking in holes but a ratchet type system that allows for small adjustments. Love this belt and very much approved of the service. I plan on heading back to see what else I might be able to get from there. Give them a try. read more

Guys, this place is a hidden gem. Look no further! Fashionable, well made, durable, and everything is a fair price. My fiancé and I wanted "the perfect suit" for our wedding and we both got so discouraged after all of the formal wear chains you commonly see in a mall were SO DISAPPOINTING. Like, bad. Anyway... Eduard at Suits 4 Men knows his stuff. We were so drained from our prior experiences that we walked in like depressed zombies anticipating to be let down. But right off the bat Eduard taught us a few things about fit that I had no idea of (i.e. Sleeve should come half way down your thumb, where the jacket should come to on your hip, etc). Ya know, like a real sales person which is apparently hard to come by. I of course had to fact checked him right on the spot (thanks Pinterest) and he was spot on. My now husband has been in several weddings where a suit was purchased for groomsmen and they were maybe 10% less cost, But lasted only 2 wears and the fit was awful. The suit we got from Suits 4 Men is on its 8 or 9th wear and all the groomsmen agree, it is the best suit they've had. We even had two groomsmen from out of town who had to call in measurements and it was no problem. We also ordered special undershirts that were non iron. I price checked them online and Eduard was below any retailer I could find. read more
