These outlets are pretty nice. There's a good combination of high-end, mid-level and budget…read morefriendly stores. There's something here for everyone. Also, it's very spacious and a great way to get your steps in! I make it a goal to visit these shops every year on my birthday which happens to fall in December. Word to the wise: if you want to avoid crowds, it's best to go early and maybe even on a weekday. Most of the stores have really great prices and also some unique finds. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away. Having those extra stores there would've really set this place off for me, as being one of the best local hot spots!

I came here looking for a pair of black Jenny Curvy Skinny jeans. They had them in my size, but…read moreafter looking at the care instructions (Spot clean only! No machine washing or dry cleaning!), I had to pass. I went with a dark blue rinse Curvy Skinny, which fit great and can be machine washed. Best of all, not only were they 40% off, they were BOGO free! Merry Christmas to me!! I love the way True's jeans fit, and if you follow the care instructions, they tend to last for years. Be advised that any of their machine washable jeans will fade (in color) over time, but the jeans themselves have withstood a great deal of wear & tear without actually tearing. However, the Dry Clean only black jeggings that I purchased @ 5 or 6 years ago, are still their original color and haven't faded one bit. I received very good service here. The sales rep helped me find my size, but there was only one pair in my size and I needed 2 (for the BOGO free). Another rep went to the back to find my second pair and I was good to go. This store has a variety of jeans, shirts, sweats, jackets, and belts. There are 2 dressing rooms and 2 cash registers. The only downside to my experience was that there was what appeared to be a staff meeting happening in the middle of the store (but with only some of the staff). They were kind of in the way and barely moved to allow patrons space to browse.

I was…read morereturning some Aerie items the other day at the outlet American Eagle store and the cashier mentioned there is now an Aerie over near the Nike store at the Premium Outlets. Great! They opened in October 2024. I was here shortly after 11 on a Sunday morning and there were only a few customers in the store and all of the salespeople were helpful. It was a pleasure to shop here compared to West County Mall where it's so crowded you can't see anything. They do not have the active wear selection that the Offline store has but they have everything else. I'll be back here again and again!

The staff member was nice and reminded me about the bogo deal when I was about to buy only one pair. Bogo sales are final, but he provided a gift receipt when I told him the shoes were for someone else who doesn't make it out there too often. The person loves the shoes, but due to a foot issue, they were a little tight on her, so she actually came to the store and moved up a size (and had to pivot to different colors) on her subsequent visit. I'm so glad the employee offered the gift receipt. Had he not, we'd be stuck with some shoes that couldn't be worn and we'd be reluctant to try the Merrell Outlet again. Now we're fans!

At a time when online shopping is the easiest method out there, I'm happy to say I found the time to pop in. If you are looking for some Lily Pulitzer inspired apparel this is a fun place to stop by.
