Soooooo a little confused. I went there on Thursday to get my fave Philly roll and my son his Las…read moreVegas roll. Spent 45$ and The girls who were there, literally the sweetest. The owner, not so much. I got home, excited to eat it, I ate one piece, taste was SUPER fishy. Salmon should not have a super fishy taste, ever. I tried it again, same thing. It definitely had a super fishy smell. Fresh salmon sushi should have a buttery, mild, and clean ocean-like flavor, meaning a strong fishy taste or smell usually means the fish is old, spoiled, or improperly handled. I called and explained the situation to the girls, told them the issue, and they said to come back the next day for a new one. I brought both Philly rolls back, like I said I ate TWO pieces. The owner immediately got defensive. I could understand being mad if I came in with no product asking for a refund. I come here quite often and have never had issues. She kept telling me "same fish from last night" and when she remade my rolls, and I had to "inspect" it before I left. She kept going on and on, and I finally said you don't need to be rude. How is it my fault your salmon tasted SUPER FISHY? I honestly feel bad for the girls who have to deal with her. After being made to look like a fool over food I PAID FOR, I will not return or support this rude ass owner.
Customer service is key; no wonder your restaurant was empty.
Humble yourself, and don't put spoiled fish in someone's roll.
