My loved one looked NOTHING like themselves, the morticians/funeral directors couldn't be bothered to dress up for the services (the man wore no tie & his wife wore what looked like a sundress), WE had to call THEM a week and a half after the services to get our loved one's cremains... the list goes on and on. This is not the same Schroder's it used to be. It is painfully obvious that Steve, the former proprietor, is no longer involved. I will never - and I mean NEVER - trust them with a member of my family again.

My mother looked absolutely beautiful and they were very respectful. The gravesite was beautifully presented and how the huge amount of flowers made it ahead of the family still astonished us.
