There's a plethora of different smoked flavors hot and cold types. She explained in varying detail where all the fish comes from and the process. The smoked mussels were my favorite. Support small businesses! Trisha comes from a family of lobster fisherman and she had spent some time with her dad at this same place and bought it to run her dream business. We went the first night we arrived in the Acadia area. Our VRBO was situated only minutes from the brewery and so we walked there the first night. The service was wonderful and the food came out rather quickly. My daughter ordered the wings, which she absolutely loved (as did my husband and I). My son ordered the mac and cheese, which is cheesed to perfection. It was so creamy and delicious. My husband and I shared the sample platter and it was definitely enough food for the both of us. All the meats were smoked, juicy, and just delicious. We loved the jalapeno corn bread and I always love me a good bowl of baked beans. Everything was just top notch!
