I arrived early for my 6pm appointment with Dr Ball, I saw a new person at the desk, she was polite at first, i offered to give her my new debit card to keep on file.So I could pay my forty dollar coPay on monday or wednesday?Which is my payday as we live paycheck to paycheck right now with the high cost of living in washington state, usually the people at the desk are lenient about it.And it's not a problem, and we don't carry a balance... She was very argumentative, picked up the phone and started reporting it to a manager as if ive done something wrong . I was confused about her attitude, and I let her know that it's usually not a problem If i've ever asked and it's only a couple of days, we have very expensive insurance That covers everything.And she kept arguing... being disrespectful, I asked her to stop with her causing me stress as I was there for a painful issue, she kept lecturing, gas liteing, baiting me, I finally said please stop!! I went to room 4 , the door was open at that point, and I could hear her talking really loud in the front office about me.Saying untrue statements to someone on the phone... She saw me in hallway , I asked her to stop talking about me like that, inappropriate..she tried to force me to take her phone , i said not appropriate, and I went inside the room closed the door waiting for the dr ball to come in for my appointment. Suddenly the door burst open, Dr Ball had a look of anger on his face that I've never seen before he came rushing towards me, yelling , what did you do to her!! GET OUT !! I was shaking, I was not all the way dressed, n afraid of dr ball at that point, I entered the hallway rushing toward the door confused, Two more people started yelling at me.Get out.Get out, never come back here, get out.Get out. I was shaking , in shock, The front desk person, had some type of a break down, acting as though she was attacked, when I was in another room, not near her at all. Last year Jennifer refused my cash coPay at one of my appointments, she then labeled me as not paying coPays, she said it in front of others at front lobby, I had a zero balance at that point.But she still refused my cash payment for the co.Pay that day. He is personable but not overly and that's partly bc we have established a relationship over time. I could see with someone that doesn't have that history at first might mistake his professionalism with something else or less but that would be a mistake. (and besides I have had THAT chiropractor before that is just too friendly and did not care for it myself) He has also been great at fixing my pain from my hips to my back to my neck lol My experience, for what it is worth, is that he is the best chiropractor in the area, Snohomish, or otherwise. He is worth folks trying out but if you don't that's fine with me bc then more availability for me to monopolize.

He flipped through them with complete indifference and offered no useful comment at all. I have been a patient at Kaufman since 2012, and I hold the doctors, billing staff, and front office in very high regard. They have earned my respect over the years. This review is about one rehab experience only and should not be taken as a reflection of the rest of the practice. As for this therapist, he seems better suited to selling athletic shoes than working with patients.

Everyone is super friendly and it's very easy to get an appointment when you need. I love that they focus on holistic care, and refer you to great places for physical therapy and massage as needed. I've seen many chiropractors over the years (All who I thought were great!) and Hogan Chiropractic was the first place that didn't give me a blanket prescription of in and out visits 3 times a week for x amount of weeks, tapering off to 2 times a week indefinitely. Atlas Orthogonal and Dr. Webb "adjusted" what I thought was possible with chiropractic care. She is an insightful and caring doctor and has managed to do in just a under 2 months what no chiropractor or back specialist was able to do in years. She is amazing and I hope everyone with a difficult back or neck issue gets a chance to benefit from her methods. Dr. Webb aligned my Atlas about 6 weeks ago and with a few follow ups and a transition period for the muscles in my neck and back, I am experiencing a level of flexibility and movement that I can only describe as miraculous. Seriously, I now take a half a day off of work in Olympia (yes, I work in Olympia!) to drive up to see Dr. Webb (now) in Seattle. I have been a patient of her's since she started to practice in Washington. Prior to Dr. Webb, I would get severe spring colds that would knock me out of commission for at least 3 days. 4 years later, I have yet to have one again. When I am in severe pain, my atlas is out or even if my muscles just hurt, I see Dr. Webb and it is like a Clariton commercial. I walk in fuzzy, unfocused and tense. An adjustment here, several clicks here and literally, you can see me "sharpen", the relief is instantaneous. I am amazed at the relief every time, even after 4 years of care. She takes care of not just my spine, but she takes care of *ME*. From my joints, my muscles, even my sinuses! Today I was a mess. I mean a REAL mess, from my head, to my shoulders, to my elbows, my spine, my hips.. it was ugly. To add to it, I had a severe ear infection. After the magic of AO and the activator, I asked her about the ear. She informed me that the AO adjustment would actually help getting the ear on track for healing. Not even 30 minutes after leaving her office (for a 2 1/2 drive home mind you!), I could feel something changing in my ear. I could hear more, sounds were sharper. Every minute of the commute to and from her office is worth it. I have seen the benefits of AO; I am the benefit of AO and Activator. But don't think all AO chiropractors are the same. I arrived at 11:30 to fill out 4 pages of personal confidential paperwork and paid for the assessment. 45 minutes later I was still waiting while people came and were taken back to be treated. I told the receptionist that I only had another 30 minutes and I had to leave for another appointment. she said everybody was with pts. finally, someone come out, very condescendingly said that they didn't have time to do my assessment and I needed to reschedule which I stupidly did for a week later. They said my payment would be applied to that appt. In the meantime I came down with Covid (from there?) so I called to reschedule once again. They had no record of me or my confidential paperwork or my payment. Fortunately the bank allowed me to submit a fraud claim and I am waiting processing to get my money back.
