Over and over again, interrupting the questions I was trying to ask. After a $125 charge, which they were able to charge me but couldn't verify my insurance because the system was down. I was able to finally have the visit of less than 5 minutes, which even after going into an in depth explanation about my allergies with the MA, did not write it down because the doctor prescribed me the exact medication I'm allergic to. Also no one else had issues with insurance verification while I was there. I 100% would have left if it wasn't a pressing issue I needed an answer for and was sent by my employer. The ma or cna who did help me, stepped in and made sure I did get my itemized bill with what I paid for and also just has much more mature bedside manner. I called my insurance who said they would be able to reimburse dependent on the paper work. My insurance agent also said that everything that took place seemed very off, they shouldn't have been able to charge me if their system was down and should have sent me a bill in the mail if it was an insurance verification issue due to their system being down.
