When I asked his medical assistant to change it she told me she couldnt because it was Barker's music. I had nothing to cover my eyes. I watched my body fluids being sent thru a tube directly above my head. I felt extreme pain throughout the procedure which I voiced but was ignored. None of his assistants helped me change positions and I had informed his staff that I had a severe back issue. Dr. Barker revised a scar. This mess was lying on the instrument table which was pointed out to me. For goodness sake, when I shared the facts abiut this horrific procedure, Dr. Barker's nurse suggested I get counseling. I have tried to return, but have such a lack of trust that after 3 or so attempts To return I simply cant. Dr. Barker forbid me to speak with his staff.

I did put my faith and life in Dr Steinwold's hands. I never felt safe or heard here. The practice revolves completely around Nurse Jenna and her glaringly odd relationship with the surgeon. The surgery was only 'passable', Dr Steinwold couldn't tell he had done my eyes, so he recommended me getting my eyes done, until he read my chart and realized his bad, and said I needed a new surgery. I'm not getting any new surgery here. I would like a refund on my eyes so I can go get them done elsewhere. Nurse Jenna mysteriously disappeared at every follow up appt and I was seen by the Dr and every office worker in the building. I did not feel safe here, I did not feel I could count on my surgeon to help me as his main focus is only on Jenna Jenna Jenna. I explained to Dr Steinwold that I was in pain in every place he did surgery. Instead of antibiotics or an examination, he blamed my disability for my pain. Huh? Blaming the disabled for having a disability? My disability does not affect my breasts or my eyes. Humiliating treatment. I've been keeping my mouth closed because I wanted to get past my one year mark and not feel like I was still in the woods. At my last (!!! Thank god!!!) appointment Dr Steinwold couldn't tell he did my eyes, Jenna was still in hiding, because a professional apology for yelling at me the day of my surgery would have been too much for this duo. An office employee attended, then a sales rep came in and even the practice manager entered my room. It has been 7 weeks since I asked the practice manager to contact me regarding my experience there ... don't you think it's very odd that she still hasn't called? I let there with an estimate to re-do my eyes $4600 and a brow lift $7200. I am astounded that they are so tone deaf to not understand that I would never subject my body, my safety, my health or my money with this business. Dr Steinwold said he'd fix my eyes for free. I'd rather go somewhere else with a refund, the solution they offered is not acceptable. This is the tip of the iceberg. After my first follow up, I started recording all my appointments there, and I am very Glad that I did. Takeaway: they are too comfortable. The care isn't good or kind. The Dr is lost in his head or lost in love. The practice manager still doesn't have the nuts to call back. Go somewhere that they will treat you will love, care and compassion. When you are going through any surgery, it's is really important to know you have chosen people who will be there for you afterwards, you truly deserve that, as did I. I am the most kind, compassionate, sincere medical professional (RRT) we don't treat any of our patients in the icu like this ever. I had settled for the fact that I was going to have to travel to Mexico to have my plastic surgery at a price I could afford. After I had made my plans to go to Mexico, I met someone that had surgery done at The Center for Cosmetic Surgery with a different surgeon, when I called, I was told that the surgeon I had called about was scheduling way out but there was a new surgeon named Matthew Freeman. I choose to go with Matthew Freeman as my surgeon and scheduled a consult with him to see if I could afford to have surgery done in America. After my first consult I was ecstatic, yes it was going to cost a little more to do the surgery in America, but I was not going to have to travel out of the country, if there were problems I had my surgeon only a half hour drive away. I cancelled my Surgery appointment in Mexico and scheduled with Dr Freeman. I had done a lot of research on the procedure I was going to have done and was very nervous about the pain everyone said I would feel. The day of the procedure I arrived at the Surgery center very early and was greeted by the nurses and taken to my room to get ready for surgery. Everybody was very nice and helped me relax before the surgery, Dr Freeman than came in and spent a good amount of time talking to me and getting me ready for the surgery, he then left and the anesthesiologist came in and talked to me for a little bit, they than started to roll me down to the surgery room, I remember being rolled in there, than the next thing I remember is the Nurse helping get me dressed so I could go home. I did not feel the pain that everyone else had said I would feel, yes there was some pain and some discomfort, but not near as bad as everyone told me it would be. Dr Freeman has seen me twice since Surgery and I am more than pleased with the outcome of the Surgery so far. I am only 8 weeks out from Surgery but am loving the new me. If I ever choose to have any other procedures done, or if anyone I know is thinking of having any procedures done, Matthew Freeman will be the Dr I go to or refer them to.

However, please be careful when doing any laser work and start slowly and with low settings. You can always go more intense later. It's better than burning your skin and turning it into intensely hot and painful redness. I've had to get psychiatric help and be medicated to help deal with the anxiety and depression. The decision to get laser surgery ruined my life and the permanent redness and burning from Dr. Weber's lasers makes living extremely hard. Please be careful. I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone is on the fence about laser work. Be careful; you probably look fine, and things can get way worse from laser work. What was once a small minor scar has turned into something infinitely worse.

First and worst experience…read more March 31, 2026 I had my first ever Botox appointment. It was scheduled with Brooke. I have never had any sort of injectables before. Brooke chatted with me briefly. I asked her if I could get my eyebrows done after my appointment, she said yes. I told her I had an orthodontist appointment after and she said that was fine. After she quickly did the injections she told me she would contact me 2 weeks after to talk about my results ... Well I had immediate swelling on my injection site from getting my eyebrows done. But Brooke told me it was fine. I then had my orthodontist appointment, which again, Brooke told me it was fine... I was laying horizontal for 2 hours. 2 week later no call from her. About 3 weeks later I finally call and ask to speak with Brooke, she's on vacation... at this point I have family members telling me one of my eyebrows are higher than the other.. The following Monday I call again, I leave her a voicemail. Not only is one of my eyebrows raised but my 11s Botox is non existent. I have left her voicemails. I have spoken to multiple staff members and now I am finally writing a negative review because no one will call me back. This is just crazy, I do not recommend this place.
