From my first consultation to every follow-up appointment, I felt cared for, supported, and well-informed. Dr. Campanile had a vision, he took the time to answer all of my questions, and he made me feel confident every step of the way. The staff is truly amazing--kind, welcoming, and compassionate from beginning to end. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive. I'm so grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Campanile and his team to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I originally went to Campanile for an implant exchange and lift. During my consultation and pre-op, we agreed on 445cc implants to slightly increase the size of my previous ones by about 25cc. While I was under anesthesia, I instead received 545cc implants , 100cc larger than what I agreed on. Soon after surgery, my incisions began ripping open and were extremely difficult to heal. Over the next five months, I struggled with new wounds appearing, constant pain, and overwhelming anxiety during bandage changes and showers from seeing the state of my chest. This left me with significant, disfiguring scars that have devastated my confidence. At the one-year mark, I was advised to have a scar reduction procedure with a new technique that was supposed to prevent the same issues. I trusted the team and paid for a second surgery. Unfortunately, the same complications happened again, this time even more severely. For six months, I battled painful openings along my incisions and an exhausting recovery process. In total, I have spent two years in physical pain and emotional distress. Despite being told this was my body's "reaction to sutures," the repeated outcome made me question that explanation. I consulted with a wound care specialist plus three other plastic surgeons and each of them came to the same conclusion: explained to me that the implants I received were larger than my skin could support, which prevented proper healing and made it difficult for my incisions to close. Again, I was supposed to receive 445cc, but instead received 545cc. I was too ashamed of my scarring to be professionally fitted for a bra for a long time, but I recently built up the courage and learned I am now a G cup, even though the plan I agreed on was to add only 25cc so I could fill out my DD bras again. Now I must face a third surgery to downsize the implants and repair the scarring. This is considered high risk due to the number of surgeries I've already endured, but I cannot delay it because of the ongoing pain from the implant size. After my second procedure, I was instructed to use regular gauze pads instead of the non-adherent bandages I had been told to use after my first surgery. This caused the dressings to stick to my incisions and set back my healing each time they were changed, making the process even more painful and damaging. I was later allowed to return to non-adherent pads, but by that point the damage had already been done. Unlike after my first surgery, I was also never scheduled for a six-month follow-up, even though my recovery was extremely difficult. The lack of consistent care left me without the support I expected during such a difficult recovery. There was also conflicting information about the size of my prior saline implants. In person, with my mom present, I was told they were filled to 480cc. My medical report, however, listed them as 456cc. The surgeon who performed my original saline procedure confirmed they were filled to 420cc. After receiving so many different numbers, I no longer knew what was accurate. Regardless, none of this explains why I was given 545cc implants when the agreed-upon size was 445cc. I trusted this office with my body, but I am now living with severe scarring, years of pain, and facing another corrective surgery that carries higher risk.

I had been considering a procedure for years and, from the moment I went to my consultation with Dr. Rodgers, I knew that I had found my surgeon. Dr. Rodgers and her team are highly qualified and experts in their field. It was evident from the vast, great reviews I read, her thorough answers to my many questions, and her accreditations and schooling. She is a master of her craft. After meeting with her, I knew that I would be in good hands, but, furthermore, I loved the caring atmosphere she created. I was excited, but a bit nervous of the unknown process, but talking with Dr. Rodgers about how she performs the surgery, taking time to understand my body and my hopes, and made me feel so comfortable and confident with moving forward. Not only did Dr. Rodgers display compassion and kindness, but her whole team did as well! From the moment I booked my procedure, I had a huge community to support me with any questions or comments I had. I could email many of the FANTASTIC PAs and staff (shoutout Emily, Madi, Becky, and Jordan), who were incredibly responsive I their answers, links, and phone calls. My pre-op appointment made me SO excited to get the surgery done. Dr. Rodgers and the amazing PA Jordan gave me a packet with such helpful, informative information, checklists, and dates. Leading up to the surgery, Jordan was always there to answer any questions I had about the right pre-op practices and I am so thankful for her fast communication, thoughtful responses, and kindness through it all. I felt so ready, knew what to expect, and was excited for surgery day! The team and the staff at Rose Medical Center were kind enough to check in with me the day before. Surgery day was such a positive experience from beginning to end! I was able to get ready for surgery with friendly nurses, who helped me understand all the necessary items. Dr. Rodgers and her awesome anesthesiologist came to check in with me, not only to make sure I was physically prepared for surgery, but also in good spirits! And I sure was! After years of thought, I truly couldn't have picked a better team. After I woke up, the nurses made sure I wasn't in too much pain, had everything I needed, and that I was ready to go home. Kendall was so great calling me to check in the next day! I have been recovering for about 5 days now and I am just elated with my experience and so very grateful to Dr. Rodgers. I had my post op appointment, where everything is healing nicely, and was reminded just how fortunate I am to continually be in the hands of a thorough, kind, and experienced medical team. I have no doubt that I have my community at Denver Plastic Surgery, who truly helped a hope off mine come true in the most positive of ways and demonstrated kindness, support, and guidance through an important decision in my life. I would recommend Dr. Rodgers and her team to anyone and everyone and thank them enough for all their support, expertise, and kindness throughout my whole process! Because the procedure involves surgery around the eyes, I was understandably nervous. Your eyes are such a delicate and central part of your appearance, and I wanted to be absolutely certain I was in the best possible hands. From my very first consultation, Dr. Fante immediately stood out. His expertise, calm confidence, and thoughtful explanations made me feel reassured and informed. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. Equally impressive was his staff and surgical team. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, organized, and genuinely caring. They created an environment that made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and well supported from start to finish. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was amazed at how quickly I healed. The results exceeded my expectations. My eyes look refreshed and natural--like a brighter, more rested version of myself rather than anything "done." Friends and family have commented that I look great but can't quite put their finger on why, which is exactly what I was hoping for. If you are considering blepharoplasty or any procedure involving the eyes, I would recommend Dr. Fante wholeheartedly and without hesitation. His skill, artistry, and meticulous care truly set him apart, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. I could not be happier with my results.

At different times, I have had three procedures performed by Dr. Ladner; I keep returning because he does it RIGHT and his staff have enjoyable personalities mixed with high professionalism. I also go to his office about every three months for Botox or filler; very competent staff. I've tried other places for "injectables," but always come back to Dr. Ladner's office because I feel like the desired effects last longer. As far as irritating up-sells, I don't feel like I've ever gotten an up-sell for procedures or products either; Dr. Ladner "keeps it real." I also like the post-op attention/follow-up I get from his staff (phone calls checking on me, etc.). Getting something done has been new for me, and Dr. Ladner makes it comfortingly clear that after surgery I could call a member of his staff 24/7 if I had a post-op concern (I like that). For the procedures, I also like that he has his own personal full-fledged operating room AT his office dedicated for his use only. When getting something done, it is mentally comforting to already be familiar with the environment and the staff; no cold hospital or other "facility" with unfamiliar faces. I trust Dr. Ladner and his staff, I am very pleased with my results, and my repeat visits are what really speak volumes.

I have a minor issue which even if a md does not want to treat ( perhaps financial reward is not great enough) would certainly recommend who to see. Your rep when they called me back said I should see an 'eye doctor'. When I asked what type of doctor he was at a loss. How is this possible when you specialize in eye reconstruction? I explained I had seen two opthmalogical surgeons and needed someone more on the cosmetic side. They still had no idea. I gave up and hung up and then called back asking that the rep chat with the doctor and get a speciality or a name. No response. Truly shameful. From the look of this it appears that this group is running a high end sell shop. Your reps make the sale or 'pitch' but have no expertise. Doctors then only choose the most renumerative cosmetic procedure. Certainly your hippocratic oath to do no harm or perhaps guide those in need is missing. My guess is that there are a lot of unhappy outcomes. In short unless you are only 8 tersted in expensive cosmetic work dont come here. I have no idea about the quality of their work but my experience has red flag all over it.

I did put my faith and life in Dr Steinwold's hands. I never felt safe or heard here. The practice revolves completely around Nurse Jenna and her glaringly odd relationship with the surgeon. These people ( minus the charge nurse at the surgery center) do not care about their practice or reputation. The surgery was only 'passable', Dr Steinwold couldn't tell he had done my eyes, so he recommended me getting my eyes done, until he read my chart and realized his bad, and said I needed a new surgery. I'm not getting any new surgery here. I would like a refund on my eyes so I can go get them done elsewhere. Nurse Jenna mysteriously disappeared at every follow up appt and I was seen by the Dr and every office worker in the building. I did not feel safe here, I did not feel I could count on my surgeon to help me as his main focus is only on Jenna Jenna Jenna. I explained to Dr Steinwold that I was in pain in every place he did surgery. Instead of antibiotics or an examination, he blamed my disability for my pain. Huh? Blaming the disabled for having a disability? My disability does not affect my breasts or my eyes. Humiliating treatment. I've been keeping my mouth closed because I wanted to get past my one year mark and not feel like I was still in the woods. At my last (!!! Thank god!!!) appointment Dr Steinwold couldn't tell he did my eyes, Jenna was still in hiding, because a professional apology for yelling at me the day of my surgery would have been too much for this duo. An office employee attended, then a sales rep came in and even the practice manager entered my room. It has been 7 weeks since I asked the practice manager to contact me regarding my experience there ... don't you think it's very odd that she still hasn't called? I let there with an estimate to re-do my eyes $4600 and a brow lift $7200. I am astounded that they are so tone deaf to not understand that I would never subject my body, my safety, my health or my money with this business. Dr Steinwold said he'd fix my eyes for free. I'd rather go somewhere else with a refund, the solution they offered is not acceptable. This is the tip of the iceberg. After my first follow up, I started recording all my appointments there, and I am very Glad that I did. Takeaway: they are too comfortable. The care isn't good or kind. The Dr is lost in his head or lost in love. The practice manager still doesn't have the nuts to call back. Go somewhere that they will treat you will love, care and compassion. When you are going through any surgery, it's is really important to know you have chosen people who will be there for you afterwards, you truly deserve that, as did I. I am the most kind, compassionate, sincere medical professional (RRT) we don't treat any of our patients in the icu like this ever.
