I stopped into the salon for convenience, not really knowing what to expect. I was in desperate need of my final pedicure to finish out the summer and this was the most convenient location that I could find in a short amount of time. They were able to take me as a walk-in. They didn't have a ton of colors to choose from. For my pedicure I just had a classic pedicure. I was not looking for gel or anything fancy the regular OPI nail colors were limited. The pedicure itself was decent definitely not the best one that I've ever had. However, the final product to me looks great. I'm really happy that I gave somewhere new a chance because now I have another option if I'm in a pinch! read more

The gentleman was sick and did not do a good job painting or cleaning or massage. I asked in the beginning if we could put a coat of colored Polish underneath the sparkles, on my toes, and that I would pay for it, and he didn't do that. And my sparkles are see through my feet look like they never had a pedicure. read more

I will start off by saying that this is a decent place. I've gone there for years. However, they upped their prices recently and it's no longer worth going there when the other places in the area are cheaper. A gel pedicure is now $20 more than regular polish for the same pedicure type, which is crazy to me. read more

So I went for the first time and at first was very happy with the service! The treatment for mani/pedi started off amazing. However, it didn't last. After 2 coats of polish on my nails, you could still see that they weren't covered properly. I asked for another coat but never got it because the tech didn't think I. Needed it. I never got the advertised discount even after speaking up. I pointed out that $80 was without discount and they argued it so I paid and left. Never will I go back there. Very disappointed because it could've been a great new nail spot for me and the girls. We'll keep looking though. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but I just have to with this one. Me and my boyfriend went for pedicures and the lady who gave him his was great. The guy who did mine was was great up until it was time for my nails to be painted. It was very sloppy and he left out a chuck on one of my toes. I wish I would've said something but they were so short staffed it didn't look like anyone else would be able to help me. He didn't seem like he knew how to paint nails $60 wasted read more

The salon I usually go to was booked, so I gave this place a try, lesson learned. I left Summer Nails and immediately booked with my regular salon for the rest of 2022. Upon arrival I was told to sit in the first chair. The name tag on the station said Jack, however the man who was doing my nails never introduced himself, nor said ANYTHING to me. He started to do my nails, but stopped every time the phone rang as he kept me waiting while he booked other appointments. The service I went in for was a fill, an acrylic overlay on top of my very short nails. I had one nail in which the acrylic tip came off, I asked him to also do the overlay on that nail but don't bother putting a new tip on - I was fine with it being a little shorter than the others but I still wanted the strength of the overlay. He said $5 extra. Lol. For what? I was having all my nails filled, why extra for that particular nail?? For the same overlay process and the same amount of product. His response was because of the overlay. Well, that makes no sense because that's what my appointment was for and that's what I'm paying for. Annoying to say the least. Then, while my nails were drying, he took a cigarette break and came back to finish my service smelling like an ashtray. Disgusting. Annoyed. Frustrated. I don't think those are good adjectives for a successful business. Additionally, they also allowed a customer to bring her fufu dog into the salon, it was loose and roaming around the salon, licking my toes and other clients as well. Ohh and the best part was they offer 10% off w/cash purchase. My service was $35, less 10% = $3.50 off. He charged $32 lmao that's not 10%. Whatever, I'm all set with this place and will spend my money elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation!! read more

Fist time I came here I got a full set it was a mess they fixed it no problem I went back a few times and it was mediocre I asked for a specific person every time and only got him once, the last time I went was by for the worst and I won't be back, I needed my gel nails off so the woman removed them I asked to get them polished also and she seemed annoyed and asked when now? Like yes now... and then when she was prepping my nail she sliced my cuticle and it was bleeding and hurt, then she painted my nails and repetitively touched them while they were still wet she did it three times to different nails a 30 minute session turned into an hour and a half of her redoing my nails over and over again. At one point I said just stop I'll pay u now I have to go, she then sprayed my nails with the instant dry and she sprayed so close my finger froze and turned white and the nail polish beaded up I was so annoyed by this point, I left with wet nails and no tip was left and I won't be back. It's a shame because it's beautiful inside and they give a good pedicure but even then they smudged my toes they seem to be in a rush even though it's dead inside. Won't be back it's to expensive to be paying for unsatisfactory work. If u go ask for jack that's your best bet. read more

As a male who went here to get a pedicure, I surely did NOT appreciate being laughed at by one of the male workers when he came over to me and noticed I chose to get nail polish! I wish I got his name to call him out on here but I didn't. Hopefully he felt embarrassed enough when other customers overheard me asking why he was laughing at me. Please do not waste your money on this dump. They are RUDE, UNPLEASANT, and most cannot speak a word of English which makes telling them what you want IMPOSSIBLE. I will not go back. And it's filthy. The department of health should do an inspection. They do not know how to do business. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wish I had gotten his name. This man snatched my phone, and my belongings and threw it in the chair. He was extremely rough while doing my nails and cut me more than a few times. He painted my nails, and did two coats and the clear all in under one minute. Which I applaud and appreciate because I love someone who can work fast... but when he was finished I noticed, my edges weren't complete, and my nails were still see through. I politely asked for another coat and his demeanor changed entirely. He looked at me, rolled his eyes, and walked away. Even the woman next to me looked at him like he was crazy because he was being openly rude and I was just confused. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he was tired, but for him to blatantly treat me as if my presence alone triggered him, is beyond unacceptable. This was the first nail salon I've been to since I moved to RI and I promise you it will be the last time I ever walk in there again. read more
