Went here on Tuesday for a fill and to repair my cracked nail. The girl at station 4 didn't even fix my nail she just applied acrylic over too and said it would hold. Yet this morning I was just cleaning and my nail cracks right in half. Right where this nail tech said it would hold. Needless to say I will be going back to have them fix their mistake and hopefully not get charged after I paid $40 for a fill and a fix but I will never walk in this salon again after. read more

Beyond amazing. By far the best nail salon in Rhode Island! The women working are all pleasant and willing to do whatever is requested. This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Literally the WORST waxing I've ever had in my whole life. I went in for eyebrows and upper lip. Not only did the waxing suck (left very obvious stray hairs on both brows and upper lip corners) but the women who waxed me gave me burns under both my brows. They hurt when I make any facial expression. Burn when I put ointment on them, literally the most painful feeling and so ugly. read more

With moving to Smithfield during Covid 19 I was in need of finding a new salon to have my Gel-manicure. I have never had a Gel French manicure that lasted as long as these have.... no cracking or lifting and my aged, beat up hands look beautiful. I am a private chef and my hands see plenty of water and scrubbing. Would recommend! read more

Have left my regular salon for this place, who does a better job for less money. My pedicure polish stays on for a month and the service is great. No inane talk between the staff about parties and dates and acting unprofessional, either. Very nice and relaxing. read more

DON'T GO HERE! I have gone to this nail salon multiple times for the same gel manicure and each time its been a different price.... they make up the price each time. This recent time that I went they charged me $60 for a gel manicure but didn't tell me until after the manicure was done. The manicure itself took over 2 hours to do, the polish was so thick and unnatural, and it honestly looked like i bought press on nails and did it with my eyes closed. I will never go to this place again, they are very unprofessional and aren't good with customer service. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. Take your money elsewhere and get manicure for $30 lol read more

I was so excited to try this nail salon out since I've heard and seen amazing things about it from friends and I've seen their great work on instagram! The overall experience was great: very sanitary, not crowded at all, appointment only, quiet, relaxing environment, and kind staff. I got tips and dip with a gel design. Needless to say, the tip and dip application was the BEST I have ever had by far from any salon. From the shape to the smoothness of the dip powder, I was more than pleased. However I had shown the woman a reference photo of exactly what I wanted, and long story short it ended up not really turning out anything like the photo. She used completely different colors that really did not complement each other well, and then asked if everything looked alright right before she put the gel top coat on. By then, I had already been there for over and hour, knew the gel design had already been cured in the lamp and that it would require a lot more work to change. I was not really up to waiting and possibly paying more. The design is not bad at all, but it is not what I wanted, which is the reason for my low review. It is very frustrating when you're spending $60-$70 on your nails and it is not nearly in the ballpark of what you wanted. I really do not think that I will be returning to this salon just because of how much I spent and how disappointed I was, but as I stated earlier: everything else was great! If you go just be sure to be super specific about what you want! read more
