It was immaculate (while outgrown) in mid-December. Amazing! In December my friend wanted to get gel manis for Christmas, so I recommended this place. We both had nice manis but they cut her fingers in 3 places. Less than a week later, I had 3 fingers with chunks chipped off. I came in to have them fixed but had several more chip before the holidays. I asked my friend how her mani held up and she had them chip off also. Intimate shop, quiet and relaxing. Trish helped me find just the right new color for my gel manicure. I like a quiet setting and this was . Clean, modern, and inviting. I did not have an appointment. Nina was very careful and paid attention to what she was doing and she was meticulous. Sometimes other salons I've been to seem bored or don't seem very nice. A smile and attention to what you are doing goes a long way for customer service. I will ask for her again. This was my first visit. read more

Came here for the first time as they had a special winter pedicure advertised for $40. Not really sure what the difference was with a regular pedicure for $37. Sat down in chair and was never asked what type of pedicure I'd like. Once she started I told her and she seemed confused. The pedicure was supposed to be 45 mins long as stated on the booking website. Nail tech was so fast and gentle that I was finished and drying my toes in 30 mins. The other people next to me were seated before me and they were still getting massage and toe painting in the time it took my nail tech (if you'd even call her that) The massage was literally 60 seconds on each leg and foot and she used no pressure at all for massage, scrubbing with the pumice stone or cleaning of the nails. This is the part I look forward to the most and was VERY disappointed. I wish I knew her name as I would not recommend her. The only good thing was she did a great job painting my toes. I hate to leave a bad review but my money is earned and would rather have done them myself instead of wasting it. Trying to save someone else the disappointment. read more

She didn't talk and rhey wear mask? Sanitary but can't understand them unless you got bionic ears? Don't know her name, but did not do what I asked and was very disappointed? Told person on phone I very fussy and want best person, didn't get that person? Got dope? Suppose to put feet and legs in bags with purple stuff ? Not and use hot rocks ? Uses big rocks ? Not what I wanted and she did not squeeze big toes to make sure no ingrown toenails? And smudged polish inn toes ??And was suppose to put gel nails? Didn't do that and nails were suppose to be orange metallic? Was not and put little design on side of two ring fingers ? Did not do it? Charged $92.00 and did give dope $5.00 tip should have Pennie's? Do not give second chances? So will never go back and will not recommend them? For asked for best technic??Gave me worst one?
