Nothing fancy, but again, the views from the 19th floor were worth it! The hallway at the elevators is small and you have to get a buggy or cart for your luggage. Was chaotic during check-in and check out times. The pool was nice and often not overly crowded. The security walks regularly to make sure no one is there that shouldn't be. The beach was great. Crowded but not terribly so. Great seashell hunting!!! Biggest negative thing for me, on night two we walked to the beach to look for crabs and shells. We left our shoes along the wooden walkway, along with several others, and my discontinued croc sandals and my daughter's Birkenstocks were STOLEN. My husband's sandals were moved from atop of ours, so it was an obvious intentional theft.

Although, my husband is not, he is above the age restriction, prior to me sending them our Identification, they emailed me and said we need to come and show our Identification to the office to prove I have someone above the age restriction, the office closes at 5. So I emailed them the time I was arriving to the condo and that was at 4:27, and also asked if it was necessary for us to come into the office and show Identication since I emailed them and also said it wasn't a problem to do that was just wondering if it was necessary. Therefore I told them I will be there in enough time to show my Identification and my husbands, we receive a email around 4:10 that our reservation was cancelled and that we would get our refund back, then said that it wasn't them who cancelled and that it was airbnb who cancelled because of age restrictions. I called airbnb, they told me that this host MANAGEMENT requested for them to cancel and return my money and that they do not want to host me and my husband. Not because of our age restrictions. When the host already told me it wasn't fine and changed the reservation to my husbands name. I messaged this "management" that airbnb said they requested for our cancellation and said they did not want to host me and my husband. They proceeded to reply with this was Airbnb giving them a bad rep, when it was them who did it. And then when I asked for my reservation to be put back since me and my husband were almost there.
