This was especially frustrating as this is the third pet I've brought to this practice, and I expected a much higher level of consistency and care. I requested an estimate for my dog's dental procedure back in December and planned my budget around the original estimate of approximately $600. While the estimate did note that pricing could change, no range was provided, so I had no indication that costs could increase as significantly as they ultimately did or that I would not know the true cost until the day of the procedure. On February 28th, I was sent pre-surgical information, but no updated estimate was included, which should have been provided at that time. My original March 4th appointment was then canceled by the clinic after I had already taken time off work. I did not receive updated information until March 19th, when I was finally given a revised estimate--less than a week before the rescheduled March 25th procedure--ranging up to nearly $1,500. This was the first time the full potential cost was clearly communicated, leaving me no reasonable time to plan. I spoke with the office manager about my concerns and then called back the following day. During that call, I spoke with a receptionist who disconnected the call. When I called back, I felt I was being blamed rather than supported. I will acknowledge that I became frustrated during the conversation, but this was after multiple attempts to get clear information and find a workable solution. During my conversations, I was also advised to cancel the procedure if I wanted to save money, despite already having taken time off work twice and scheduling other commitments around the appointment. When I asked the office manager what she would do in my situation, I was told to cancel my appointment and my day off, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. The doctor also did not take accountability for the lack of a clear price range upfront. Instead, the focus remained on honoring a small price difference between $595 and $615, when my concern was the potential $900+ increase that was not clearly communicated until the last minute. I understand that veterinary procedures can vary in cost, but clear communication, professionalism, and respect for a client's time and budget should be standard--especially for a long-time client. Unfortunately, this experience caused significant stress and inconvenience, and I will be seeking care elsewhere.

So much for the free exam from the Human Society. They offer "Happy Visits" for the animals to get comfortable with coming into the vets office. I have never had a dog that was this uncomfortable or scared to come into a building before. We went a 2nd time and again a horrible experience there was NOTHING HAPPY about it. I called 3 days ahead of time to see if I needed an appt. to get another heartworm pill and weight check was told no just come in so I did early was told it she would be with me shortly 1.5 hours later we got a weight - then waited again and then got told no vet tech to approve the pill so they would text me when I could come get it - Never got that text or a call 4 days later called - put me on hold for 10 minutes and said we like you to have an appt. and blew the hole thing off. Horrible I would never go back! I was told that Management would call me to discuss - never heard back - calling the Human Society dont pay them they did nothing!

I assumed it was just normal post-spay discomfort since we were told she received a pain shot that was supposed to last two days. It was the weekend, and I was grateful that someone I knew had leftover pain medication because she was visibly suffering. What I didn't realize until weeks later was that she had a burn hidden underneath her thick fur. By the time we discovered it, I was horrified. Burns carry a serious risk of infection, especially in such a small animal. No kitten should have to endure that kind of pain, especially from something that should have been completely preventable. When we called, they denied everything. One minute they said they don't use heating blankets, the next minute they said they do. Then they tried to blame her second-degree burn on the thin little recovery suit she was wearing -- which makes absolutely no sense. After that, they claimed she was in more pain because she had apparently just gone through a heat cycle and that her uterus had torn. They said they told me all of this at pickup -- but that is simply not true. The only thing I was told was that she was drooling more and that they gave her medication for that. Nothing about a torn uterus. Nothing about extra complications. Nothing that important. It's like it was a blame game to them. How do you not tell someone something that serious about their own pet? That is information any owner deserves to know immediately. This is negligence. There is no excuse for a preventable burn to go unnoticed and untreated, and there is no excuse for giving inconsistent explanations afterward. Proper care means thoroughly checking an animal before sending them home, being honest about any complications, and taking responsibility when something goes wrong. In the end, I didn't "save money" by going here. I ended up paying an expensive vet bill to treat the burn and make sure she didn't develop an infection. More importantly, my kitten suffered unnecessarily. That is something I can't get past. This entire experience has made me seriously question whether an assembly-line style spay and neuter clinic is truly safe for our pets. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

We drove her right to the vet and it was discovered that she had a 5 mm and a 7mm laceration in her tongue and lip, as well as a broken canine tooth. Vet kept her and sedated her to stitch both lacerations. Owner downright refused to take responsibility even though the dog was in her care and blamed the dog. It has since cost us well over $2,000 inluding the charge for the groom that she never completed and charged us $100 for. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE!
