The parking lot was clean and the building is in good shape, though it could use a refresh. The staff was friendly, and the older gentleman who explained the range rules was engaging and easy to talk with. He took a little longer with me than I expected, but that likely had to do with a couple factors--either way, he was personable. My membership was reasonably priced, and because of my age I received a discount. Once I was in the range area, everything looked very clean and well organized, with clear signage and defined procedures. One difference I noticed versus Wade's: there wasn't a range master on hand in the same way to support guests and help ensure rules were being followed. After that finishing up in the range I headed back to the front in the retail area. I decided I wanted to buy a couple holsters. However, I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and it became clear I wasn't going to receive service. The surprising part was that I was the only person standing there. At that point, I understand why I didn't get served, but it felt disappointing. And the irony is that I likely would have spent more money since the range desk experience elsewhere was great. No worries--there are plenty of other places to buy holsters. When I exited, I thanked them, but I didn't get a response (or they may not have heard me). Overall, I'm mixed on guest service... Since I'm a member, I'll probably give it another try.

I was not greeted and was instead stared at by about 5 people who all seemed to never see a living person a day in their lives. Dirty looks by everyone, the man who rung me up did not seem to know what he was doing with the register. No RSO supervising the range when I know for a fact at least one of them could have been out on the range. The gentleman who helped me out seemed like I was no more than a nuisance when I asked questions about their gun inventory. Bad experience.

I'm very picky and think it's hard to find a talented machinist and artist that happens to do gunsmithing. I didn't want to endure a gunsmith who tries to be a competent machinist and artist. Liam is the former and knocked it out of the park. I'm an actual customer and NOT getting anything in exchange for my glowing review. It's honest and heartfelt. Liam's friendliness, skills and tools are only exceeded by his honesty, competence, experience, and desire to provide excellent customer service. He patiently listened to my nerdy questions and made excellent suggestions for high-payoff improvements done in a cost-effective manner. Liam is responsive and provides great value for your investment. His pricing is fair. He came in under his estimated cost and finished earlier than promised. I was impressed. Some of my favorite items are The Walker's Digital Electronic Earmuffs for indoor shooting protection and the Salty Crew Apex Perforated Long-Sleeve Hooded Sunshirt for style. Although several items are pricey, they do offer memberships and various discounts to reduce the damage to your pockets. I usually frequent this place twice a month, sometimes just for a browse for sales or to find items that I do not currently have on hand that will be very useful in the future.
