We arrived during a busy Saturday morning and were lucky to be seated right away. Our server Sidney was awesome. Arrived with a smile, patients made great recommendations, and very efficient. Props to Sterling, also her brother, and his excellent basing support as well as keeping our water glasses filled. We also had the opportunity to meet one of the co-owners who was humble and helpful! The food was some of the best I tasted! The pastries were amazing and sauces delectable. Everything was cooked to order and prepared with care. We were so happy with our food that we had to take some pastries to go. We will definitely be back to visit this charming place!

It can get pretty crowded during peak brunch time, but it's worth the wait. They offer both indoor and outdoor patio seating. They have an amazing pastry case with their desserts and pastries on display. I was immediately drawn to the gorgeous desserts like the orange, mango guava, limoncello, yogurt berry square cake, yuzu curd with blueberries and coconut, and lemon raspberry tart. These little works of art were not only gorgeous but tasted delicious as well! Their pastries are also a must. I love their Bacon Cheddar Chive Scone! Their Squash Blossom pastry is seasonal, but I hope they bring it back because it is so good. I'm also huge fan of their brunch! Their Blue Crab Crepe is incredible. If you're only going to get one entree for brunch, get this one! It comes with two delicate crepes, the tastiest lemon hollandaise, chives, and lots of crab meat inside! Soo good! The Duck Confit Hash was another winner. It comes with crispy potatoes, hollandaise, pickled fresno chile, cilantro, and poached egg. I enjoyed the Parmesan, sundried tomato, and basil quiche as well! They also offer a Seasonal Handcut Pasta Dish which changes. It's from Aperitivo, and they make such good fresh pasta! The Lemon Spaghetti Pasta I had during my visit was spot on. Definitely worth visiting!

They do a soft close from 2-5 where they don't serve the food menu but offer drinks, coffee and pastries. We stopped in on the 4th of July and were seated right away. They also have a coffee and pastry counter if you want to grab something to-go. You do not want to miss out on the pastries, and the display sure catches your eye. Along with our main we split a morning bun which was flaky and just the right amount of sweet. As we were walking out I noticed some sandwiches that looked extra tasty as well. We kept it simple and split the Dutchess Breakfast Plate since we had quite a bit of eating planned for the day, but it was more than enough to satiate us alongside the pastry. It comes with these massive, crispy and spiced potatoes, big slabs of Niman Ranch bacon, tomato chutney, thick-cut sourdough toast and two eggs. At $22 this isn't cheap, but the quality is there and I would order this again just for those potatoes. The Burmese Fried Chicken Sando seemed to be the most popular dish and I was jealous as I saw it hitting other tables. I'll just have to come back!

The biryani was especially impressive; the presentation and flavor were out of this world! The seating is intimate, so if you're a party of two, be prepared to sit fairly close to other guests. We stopped in on a Saturday for a late brunch/early lunch and were surprised there was no wait. The vibe is super chill--quiet, neighborhood café energy, not overcrowded or hectic like a lot of brunch places. Service was warm and welcoming, and the food really delivered. We ordered the lemon zest brioche French toast, eggs Benedict, and a classic eggs + toast with turkey sausage/patties, along with tea and coffee. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and just really well done. It's owned by a couple (they were even featured in a magazine a few years back), and you can genuinely feel that care and intention in the space--from the atmosphere to the team working there. Nothing feels rushed or impersonal. What really says a lot--we kept coming back every day we were there. It's one of those low-key, slightly hidden gems that ends up being the highlight of your trip.

Despite the thick crowd, the friendly and helpful staff keep the line moving along. There's a fair amount of comfortable seating and tables. The coffee shop is charmingly decorated with warm wood tones and artwork from a local artist (shout-out to Pavolv Art Gallery). I wasn't able to participate, but it appears that they make fresh bread here and even host bread-making workshops. They also have Whale Bird kombucha on tap and you can purchase a growler too!
