When I question why it was over $11 she said that it was an extra $2.19 upcharge for green beans. If that is the case it is very misleading that "Choice of side" means an up charge for anything but fries. When I questioned it she insisted multiple times that I did have a choice but if I chose anything but fries it cost more. $11 is in the range of going to an actual restaurant and getting an entree with multiple sides.

Then... a black female employee laughed out loud and said "He don't know how to use the machines!" ...The customer is white... She was deliberately trying to embarrass him in front of EVERYONE. Extremely disrespectful and racist. The whole experience was by far the worst I have ever seen. This place needs to be shut down immediately until the health department deems it safe.
