We came here on a Friday and on a Saturday, and received service from a gentleman on the Friday and a woman on a Saturday. Despite the short staff, they were courteous and took our orders, and brought them out as soon as they were ready. They thanked us for our patience, but we were happy to wait knowing the food is excellent. The restaurant itself is so cute. During that time, my children even raised their hands trying to get someone's attention, but no one came to our table. What made the situation more frustrating was that multiple servers walked by, appeared to notice us, and still did not acknowledge us. A customer who was seated nearby after us was greeted almost immediately, while we continued waiting without any communication. Eventually, my husband had to get up and ask for assistance. One employee apologized, which I appreciated, but by that point we already felt ignored and unwelcome. I understand restaurants get busy and delays can happen. However, a simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. As a Hispanic family, the experience left us wondering why we were overlooked for so long. I hope management reviews customer service procedures so that every guest feels seen and valued.
