There is a reason the last 8 out of 11 reviewers have given Tad and The Longest Limos 1 star. Like everyone else, I was promised a great experience and let down in the end. On the day of my wedding, they were more than 30 minutes late to pick up 15 of our guests because they went to the wrong address. In fact they were so late my guests had to buy Ubers to my wedding (not a cheap Uber ride either, so embarrassing). As a result, my wedding was delayed by 30 minutes and ended up ruining our day-of timeline overall. I should have seen it as a red flag that Tad wanted payment in cash or check upfront. Any other time I would have cancelled my credit card payment, since he didn't deliver on services I paid for. Don't be fooled when Tad sweet talks you over the phone. This is disreputable company who I can't imagine will be in business much longer. Do yourself a favor: pay a few hundred bucks more with another company, and get peace of mind that you won't be totally ripped off and your night ruined. read more

I booked the Longest Limo for my graduation party before reading all the reviews. I was very worried after reading the reviews. My sister ended up having many conversations with Tad the week leading up to my event after all the negative reviews online to make it known that we were aware of their rep and wouldn't entertain it. Tad ended up coming through in the end. While the bus wasn't the cleanest (stuff had been splashed on the seats, the windows were smudged and grimy with God knows what, and the ac was leaking inside the bus), it wasn't bad and our night ended up great. Our driver, Kathy, was amazing! My sisters phone fell behind the seats and she couldn't get it. Between our first and second stops, Kathy was able to get her phone out. If I could give them a 3.5 I would based on Kathy. Overall, would we choose them again? Possibly. The price wasn't bad but I firmly believe my sisters continued calls are what saved us from a terrible experience with this company. read more

We just rented a limo. It was hot. Really hot. It showed up a hundred degrees inside with hot air blowing. It was my daughters eleventh birthday party. She rented a black limo but they switched it to white The driver showed up fifteen minutes late. We couldn't cruise around comfortably or have fun. It was too hot. I called to ask for a refund and they told me "no" . They said we broke the knob and it was our fault. But is a limo supposed to show up super hot?? It was not luxury. It was super hot. Since the small 9-passenger limo was not available, we booked the stretch Hummer, which was much larger than we needed, for a trip to the theater and dinner in Denver. The driver (apparently a podiatrist) suggested that our party "just crawl in on all fours, like most riders do." Considering that no one in our party is under 70, that came as an awkward surprise. The trip to Denver was uneventful, although the heat blasted us the whole time and we tried our best to adjust it. The temperature was 5 below, when the drive back to Fort Collins began and the heater stopped entirely, sending a heavy exhaust smell into the limo. The driver seemed unconcerned about the exhaust and handed back an old comforter to replace the heat, rather than stop to resolve freezing temps in the back of the limo. The temp in the limo was 40 degrees at most and our guests were extremely uncomfortable. It was embarrassing to have to apologize for Longest Limos' pathetic service and disregard for their customers. I should have been suspicious of a company that will put a $100 deposit on a credit card, but expects full payment and a sizable tip in cash at the end of the trip. I paid a total of over $700, and gave the driver an undeserved $150 tip, rather than argue about the service in the 5 below cold. Upon requesting a partial refund for the lack of heat and uncomfortable 60 mile trip back to Fort Collins, I was told (by Tad?) that Longest Limos wouldn't do a refund, because the non-functioning heater was the "driver's responsibility." Tad asked how much the tip had been, and said he'd contact the driver to refund the $150 tip. But, I never heard from them, so I called again and--surprise--the driver would not return the $150 tip. However, Tad gushed that we'd be given a $300 credit on a future limo trip. He couldn't understand my lack of enthusiasm, despite telling him we would never do another limo trip with his company no matter the credit. Fearing a negative review, he texted me several days later saying he could give me a $400 credit. I said, "Put it on my credit card and we're good." That, of course, never happened. Throughout the whole refund discussion, Tad was insulting, unprofessional and acted as if I was the one who was out of line, because I expected heat on the return trip. I made a big mistake in not reading this trove of negative reviews before I booked with Tad. I just read his responses to the negative reviews on their website and they are hilarious! Tad whined to me that they're having "trouble staying in business." Maybe the disregard of customers, shoddy service and poor customer communications have something to do with it. read more

Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. Needed transportation for my wedding guests and booked back in May. I dealt directly with the owner, Tad, the entire time. He gave me a great quote, and mentioned it would only last if I booked within 48 hours, which I did. Two months later, when I went to book an additional vehicle, they mentioned that the original quote they gave me for the previous vehicles was too low and that they had to cancel my entire reservation weeks before the wedding. They completely lied to me saying that they had to fire the person who gave me this low quote...BUT I only ever spoke with Tad, the owner, the entire time! When I asked what the cost is that they are looking for, they would not even discuss with me and just canceled my trip. I realized they canceled my trip while I was on my way to my bachelorette weekend (completely stressful situation as my wedding is weeks away). I called Tad right away and he was completely unprofessional and unreasonable with me, even while I was staying kind and professional with him. I am sad to not give 5 stars to this place! I rented a limo for a photo shoot and our driver was amazing! Thanks Tad! We were, however, overcharged and not refunded and that part is a bummer. Not that it was a ton of money but principle. I messaged that I hadn't received a refund and crickets. Our day actually started a half hour late because the address wasn't communicated properly. They mysteriously lost our reservation (although they remembered booking it) and could no longer accommodate us with the bus we booked. They offered a stretch Suburban, which was not feasible for our group and nowhere near comparable to what we had booked. We had to scramble at the last minute to find another bus with another company, at a higher cost. I reserved a specific car for my grandchildren's 9th and 7th birthdays over a month in advance. I called a couple days before-hand to confirm.."I promise" he said. The night before, I get a call from someone else.."You reserved the Expedition, right?" UM NO! It was pretty clear that I wasn't getting the car I wanted. I got the Expedition...broken parts, silly string from a previous customer, horrid whistling the whole time, the "Birthday Package" consisted of 5 balloons and a bag of ice thrown into the car. Names were supposed to be on the windows..had to be done when I got picked up. I wrote them to let them know how disappointed I was...this was an ENORMOUS luxury for me to spend on. I specifically said I wasn't writing to ask for any recompense, just wanted to express my heartbreak. There would be no "do over" for a birthday party. They did respond right away..the next day, I got a call from someone else who apologized profusely...told me he just got back from the store where he bought a gift card and was sending it as their expression of apology. Price was reasonable, so much u wondered why?? Then he said thus month they run a "special" so I was delighted. He told me he would give me the #5 bus. That it came with party package balloons, writing on bus of birthday boy and alcohol-free champagne. The day of rental, he calls me and tells me that he had a bachelor party the night before in the bus that we had agreed on (Bus was ruined from party from night before) and that he had to switch the buses and that we were getting an upgrade to a bigger bus. I was understanding (stuff happens right) wasn't a really big deal the kids just wanted somewhere to dance and listen to music they're 16!! So driver shows up 15 minutes late when he told me driver would be 15 minutes early, and bus was all dented, beat up with very little writing on the side maybe five balloons on the floor that was considered the birthday package. Haha okay no biggie still at this point. Kids proceed to get on the bus it's so poorly done inside there's no LED screen on the back like it states. Stereo doesn't work, there's cords hanging down like if they removed everything out of the bus or just picked this from a junkyard and put a few LED lights in from Amazon. Nothing like picture! It smelled like a bunch of farm animals were in it. There was water in one of the champagne buckets from left of ice I'd imagine. We booked them for our rehearsal dinner, which was 30 mins from the lodge where our wedding and guests were at. Tad gave good service on the phone and sold us on a "33" person party bus. The bus arrived about 5-10 min late which ultimately was okay cause our group wasn't all together yet. When it arrived the bus looked like garbage on the outside, dented and beat up.. The inside was thankfully in good shape however we were told not to touch the stripper pole as it "wasn't secure." When it came down to it we fit 26 people in the bus, maybe could of fit 3-4 more but DEFINITELY not 33. None of our party is obese either. This meant unfortunately several groups of family/friends had to get off and drive themselves. We had a return trip for 9:30, the driver was there and waiting, everyone returned to our lodge safely. What happened later was 1 week after using their service and returning from our honeymoon I check my credit card statement and see the agreed upon charges then an additional $49. When questioning the owner Tad on the charges, he said it was a cleaning fee and that he had to pay it so I have to pay it. While I have no doubt we left beer cans and trash in the bus, we were sharing the bus with my grandparents, hardly a case for the bus to be so trashed that it required above and beyond cleaning over what was included in the $600 we paid for 5 hours. When questioned Tad said "the glasses were dirty," The glasses I said? Apparently there are champagne glasses that even if they get a splash on are $3 a glass to clean, LOL!! If he or his driver had been up front about this hidden charge I would of absolutely told them to take them out, we were not drinking champagne on the way to a brewery... When asked for pictures of the so called excessively dirty bus the owner promised to send them to me... What I got is the attached picture showing his invoice to the cleaners, I absolutely feel this was a fee that should of been included in the purchase price and not tacked on at the end to eek out an extra $49 out of a customer. I really wish I could write an overall good review but I can't. My experience with Longest Limo started out really positive, I booked a limo with Tad, who seemed very nice and helpful. He told me that the party bus would cost $50 a person and could seat 30, plus is was brand new! Except, in their definition "brand new" meant dents on the sides and looking like the it had been through the ringer a few times. I was shocked, mad, and very disappointed on the day of prom. Now, we had given Tad our credit card information to pay the down posit months before prom and he had said we would be charged the day of, which was fine. Except he didn't add that IT HAD TO BE PAID IN CASH. So, we had to run to an ATM to pull out $1200 plus dollars, were late to dinner, and were late to prom as well. On top of that, well I need to make the point that Tad said the party bus was fit for 30 teenagers. Nope. We had people sitting on laps, standing, and sitting on the little bar. I felt and still feel cheated because of this company, and by Tad whom was very rude on the phone when I called two weeks pre-prom to confirm my reservation. When the overlooked charge was not found by the company, it was "my responsibility" to call. They refunded the amount immediately, however, they caused my account to go negative and this charged an extra $100+ to my account. When GPS was telling us to go further away from our target destination, driver did not listen to my friend (she had driven to where we were headed several times herself, she knew the fastest route). I would give them 6 stars if I could. From start to finish Longest Limo was fabulous. I rented a 33 person party bus for a pre-wedding celebration. On the day of the event it happened to start snowing-thanks Colorado-and I was nervous about driving from Boulder to Denver in the weather. Our driver was wonderful and assured me everything would be ok and it would be a great night in spite of the weather conditions. They paired us with a driver who would match our party personality and it was a great fit. We had an awesome time-got a little rowdy-and everyone on the bus is still talking about what a great night it was. A much better rate than all the other companies I contacted-so I was a bit hesitant because how could they offer such a lower rate but I had no problems whatsoever. Plus, our event happened to fall on St. Patrick's day and Longest Limo was the only company I contacted who didn't propose to charge an additional holiday rate. read more

Terrible! I called in to book a limo and discussed pricing, I asked how the booking worked and if I could make a reservation. After discussing pricing and how booking worked Tim asked how old I was and I said I was 24 he said I sounded like I was 20. Then he asked me to hold, and then proceeded to explain that there was another guy on the line and that he was going to book the limo on the same night for 8 hours. I said that I would like to make a reservation and asked him to hold while I grabbed my card. I got back on the phone to have him say that my business wasn't worth his while and that he would not make my reservation because he wouldn't make enough money off me. I hired the longest limo to drive high school kids for a graduation event. The total bill was estimated at $700. I gave Tad a $100 deposit and paid the driver another $600. Based on actual time in the limo, there was an additional charge of $22.50 that was supposed to go onto my card too. He actually charged the $100 deposit, then $170 which was not for anything, and then another $41. He included a cleaning fee that was NEVER discussed. There was NO damage in the limo. No smoking or drinking. NO EXPLANATION for the $170 charge. He just hoped I wouldn't see it. I told him to remove the cleaning fee when I found out about that. He said he would but DID NOT. He charged the $170 the same day I talked to him but he never even mentioned it. He's trying to rip you off! Additionally: the driver (Patty) used some ridiculous route to drive the kids home. Driving them home should have taken 30 mins TOTAL. She woke back and forth thru neighborhoods, which took an EXTRA hour. To jack up the rate I am sure. The driver was late in picking us up and then got lost (Missed 2 different turns getting into DIA). I booked a party bus on April 6th with Tad and everything seemed fine, he told us we got the last bus since there were multiple proms that night so we were very lucky. I called him the Monday before prom to confirm and he told me he down graded us to a limo and gave away the bus, WITHOUT ASKING. I told Tad no that was not going to work since he already took my $180 down payment on a party bus. He was panicked on the phone and repetitively told me "oh no, this is so bad, someone's going to be very angry with me"...real professional. Then he said he needed to call the other group and figure it all out. I never heard back from him so I called him again that evening and he told me "okay go ahead and yell at me"...I do not want to yell at you Tad I want a solution. He assured me I can call and book another company (4 days before prom) and that I should not be worried about it, even though when I called 3 weeks earlier he said I was so lucky to have gotten the last bus available!! This man is crazy, one minute he's moping and the next minute he's yelling at me and hanging up the phone. Finally he told me that the only thing he could offer me is a full refund, I accepted so I would not have to deal with this maniac anymore. 2 weeks later, no refund in my account. 3 weeks later, no refund. He stopped answering my calls so I finally called him on a private number and he answered right away. I told him he needed to refund me immediately or I was going to the bank and writing a claim. He started yelling at me saying that was not fair and hung up the phone. At the time of the reservation, we gave them a credit card and were charged a $100 deposit establishing an agreement for a limo for 8 high school seniors. We called Tad this week to confirm the reservation on Wednesday before the Prom, and mysteriously the reservation was "lost". We reminded Tad of the credit card deposit and he all of the sudden found the reservation but indicated he did not have a limo to accommodate his agreement/contract. When we reminded him that we had an agreement, he indicated he had a party bus available for 33 people, but he would not give us the bus at our agreed upon price. When we pushed him on the fact that we had an agreement based on him charging us a $100 deposit and we expect him to honor his agreement, Tad became very rude telling us he does not want to be sued so he will no longer answer our calls or discuss the matter with us. Hello I do not normally do this because I know everybody is not perfect and there's people that make mistakes well in this scenario I was cheated my sister 25th birthday I ordered at lemol through these people it sounded legit it sounded good they came and picked us up in remind you this is $436 that I'm paying for 4 hours when we get to the lemo the lemo was dirty though tires could even be shined the windows had so many hand prints inside the limo the carpet was so filthy the mirrors of above your head was disgusting you can smoke marijuana in the lemo they had no ash trays they had no glasses they had no ice the driver was a very nice girl but she look like she came from the trash her clothes were not decent or professional her hair was on top of her head she was driving the lemo like it was a big truck and like there was no passengers I just feel that business is like this really you are there to make somebody's day or somebody's birthday wedding you're there to make a good thing for your customer and I was very respectful you know I took the way it was you know we had a party to get 2 things happen it's understandable but I could not even get not one thing not a glass that the stereo didn't work we have to listen to our phones so yes I was a very unhappy customer and I would not recommend this company to nobody the rams on the tires were so nasty the tires look like they were bald this was just the wrong company to get a lemo through you know and the guy seem very nice over the phone but just his business in his employees in the way he did the limo that I ran it for $436 yes I was very angry customer but I do not recommend this company to nobody they ought of be shamed of their self to bring something so filthy in on a none professional way on the wrong day an when i told them nothing said no money back no can i get another ride nothing but a ok so pls hear me out it was sad an the wrong time i did this a 25 year old an she should have not seen that like She has never had a limo in her life so this was very special to me and it was special to her but this is what this company gave us read more
