I had two rounds of interviews where they clearly had my resume and I had expressly communicated that I was a new grad, so they knew my experience level, yet they still had me come in for two rounds of interviews to waste my time for some reason. The second time I have applied, I have a years worth of experience at a high trauma level hospital, and again despite the job listing saying ZERO to 2 years experience, I have an interview only for them to turn around and say that they are looking for someone with more than 2 years experience. This is ridiculous. Why have a range of no experience to 2 years then ask for more???
