Went here for the first time last Wednesday. I had a 9:30 appointment. They called once prior and texted a reminder- very good for my forgetful brain! I was running about 5 mins late for my appointment...I called and told them- the lady on the phone was very nice and told me thank you for letting them know I would be a few minutes late. Very sweet. When I got there they took me straight back, paperwork would be finished after. My appointment went smoothly and everyone was great. The doctor was very thorough in his exam and gave me some new contacts to try. I'll be back in two weeks to see how my new lenses are doing. I highly recommend this doctor!! read more

Dr Lauren is the best and I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a great eye doctor call her office for an appointment. I also like that her office is right off the 15 freeway at the Summit exit. The staff was amazing! Dr. Lauren was awesome and explained everything going down with my eyes; 'twas cool. Amanda and Brenda (girls in the front) helped me pick some frames and they were very understanding about how picky I am. Now I'm not saying that I am a big guy, but yes on the bigger side. I tend to stretch out my glasses. I've been to multiple stores, but this one, they had just what I needed. They had XL and XXL frames. I was so excited they fit so well and had many styles to choose from. Very very very happy with their office staff and their friendliness. Quick service. I would consider this place a boutique optometric center. Just one doctor and a team of two employees. Dr. was nice enough and very informative. I didn't require prescription lenses as I had PRK eye surgery two years ago but the doctor did tell me I required a slight reading lens correction because eye surgery corrects deficits in vision but does not halt degeneration. She told me how to ease some of the fatigue I was experiencing with my eyes. My entire appointment experience was quick, enlightening, and pleasant. I will keep this location as my return eye doc location. read more

Summit Optometric is the best place to go for your eye's needs!! They are first off wonderful and sweet. They care about your well being and your needs immediately when you walk through the front door. Margie is unbelievable when it comes to customer service and knowing who you are when you walk through those doors. Every girl in there is always extremely profressional. Not to mention the awesome Brother and Sister who are your doctors there!! They are awesome and always take the time out of their day to help you out even if it is last minute. I called today knowing that most of their time is consumed by appointments, but I felt like something was wrong with my eye. I found this office quite unintentionally a few years ago. I had a vision emergency, and they took me in right away and took great care of me! I have been a patient here since then! My exams are thorough, and Dr. Justin always explains everything that is going on with my vision. I have been wearing corrective lenses since I was 8 years old, and I have been to many optometrists. Dr. Lauren Abo is da' bomb! She spends a lot of time making sure my vision is the best she can get it. I wear contacts, and she will give me "trials" to wear. Doctor Justin and staff are not only friendly and professional but also make you feel welcomed and valued. Doctor Justin is not only thorough with the eye exam but extremely honest. He gives you various options for you to choose from and also take into account your financial situation. He did recommend laser eye surgery for me but when I told him it was out of my price range he did not push the issue and said contact would do just fine. Due to Doctor Justin conducting such a thorough eye, past eye history, and finding out my recreational activities, he was able to recommend contacts that better suited my lifestyle. Since his recommendation, my vision is clearer, the contact do not dry out, and I no longer get headaches from long usage. The equipment his staff uses it state of the art. One day I will learn how not to blink when they do the glaucoma test. Please do not believe the bad reviews left on this site. I have been a patient when I was in the service, went around the world, came back and have not been able to find an eye doctor office as good as this one. read more

I've never had my eyes checked, so the entire process was new to me. The staff were very kind and explained everything to me quite well.
