Dana does Ashiatsu massage, which means foot pressure if i remember correctly. She has a couple poles attached parallel to the table from the ceiling with another silk rope for balance. Very cool set up. So the initial 30 minutes (or so), she spent breaking up all of the driving and sitting at work knots i had with her feet. I initially thought she was in with her elbows, but it was softer. Either way... I'm not sure what really occurred in my body, but i was literally weeping at times over the next two days (and i don't weep). A friend asked me whats wrong at one point in the weekend, and I'm like... nothing. Guess i just released something. So amazing... no major pain, just broke it all up, and left me extremely peaceful. She shares space with the Bikram studio... very clean space. Can be a little hard to locate her, but she can guide you in. Thanks again Dana!

I currently have 6 herniated discs (apart from the fused levels) and moderate to severe foraminal stenosis in my neck. I have a *lot* of neck and back pain. I have had weekly massage therapy for a good 10 years and have years (accumulated) of physical therapy. I have been seeing Zoe for about 2 months now and I say with experienced perspective that she is absolutely exceptional in her knowledge and skills to provide pain relief. I also see what is the best physical therapist I have been to in Sparks, twice a week. Zoe and my PT do many of the same processes, each validating the other. Zoe has extensive (and impressive) knowledge of how the body's structures work together for function and health, and she knows what to do to mitigate pain and discomfort that result from use, misuse, and injury. I cannot imagine a better, more knowledgeable, or more relief producing massage therapist.
