My next experience was with a plumber in a white vehicle who arrived with an assistant. The work was acceptable but the cost was unreasonably high. Godwin Plumbing with all of its overhead never stomped on customers like this plumber. My next plumber arrived with family members, eg one to help, one to watch. The work was acceptable but I was charged for three plumbers. I called Eric for the recent problem. Eric responded promptly to my call.Eric accurately quoted the cost and honored the quote. .Eric arrived at the time he said he would. An old lawyer once said strive to provide A Good Service in A Timely Fashion at A Reasonable Price. It is easier to satisfy existing customers than always try to find new ones. I think Eric understands this advice. I would recommend Eric.

Numerous local plumbers in the area have cleaned my sewer drain approximately 8 times in a nine month period. Whitney plumbing and Trout plumbing recommended that my sewer be replaced. Unfortunately, Whitney plumbing nor Trout plumbing could not find my sewer line after digging up my yard. Then on February 23, 2024, a friend of mine referred me to Tim Roger's Plumbing, who is located in Allegan, Michigan. Which is approximately two hour travel time round trip from my location. Fortunately Tim Roger's Plumbing arrived the following day. The two plumbers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned my sewer line with two different size cutters and I was astounded with the result. Their expertise was superb. Thanks to Tim Roger's Plumbing my sewer drain is draining properly again . To hire a boiler companies to come out and replace pipes is insanely expensive, and not really worth it if they are not working on the boiler itself. (I don't think the pipe cares who replaces it)! That part out of the way, after having major disasters in the past, and calling some local boiler companies (who I won't name), I tried Preferred plumbing last year and again this morn. They came out and fixed it before there was any damage. Unlike the boiler company who was scheduled out for weeks and let me stew in my own live steam. Matt, and Brett, and Cooper are the best! Great guys - they know what they're doing, and they don't waste your time. They're so personable, I probably wasted THEIR time talking to them too much! I'm so satisfied that I have decided to finally replace the waterline in my house sometime in the next few months, using Preferred Plumbing, because I completely trust them now. Not only were they quick to respond, they did great work, they did it well, and as usual, they came in at a very reasonable price. I grew up in Michigan, but I've only been back here since 2015, and you know how hard it is to find professionals that you can trust in a new town. Never again. My entire house had to be rewired. Old nob and tube taken out.l, to be replaced by…read morecurrent 3 prong grounded wiring. One week after " completing" the job, I had electrical failures upstairs. They came back corrected their mistake. Second week during a renovation project the builder discovered the old nob and tube wiring they said they removed was still intact and ACTIVE! Whitney came back out a second time and took care of the issue. Third week I went into the basement and discovered they had taken out all the light socket and electrical switches and didn't replace any of them. Five in total. In addition the " boss" adamantly said to take care of each of those three problems it would cost extra. Thank goodness I had a contract. emEnd if discussion. My son, had a very similar issue not knowing it was Whitney that I hired. Whitney sent out a plumber to fix a Clogged drain. My son used a plumbers snake and a few other things to remedy the problem clog to no avail. when the plumber from Whitney came, my son showed him where the clog was. Plumber said you need a snake to unclog it and I didn't bring one. Charged my son $250. My son said your website says free estimates. Plumber replied, estimates are free. This is a diagnostic fee.
