Visited on a Monday evening with my boyfriend. Heard a lot of buzz that this is the best sushi in town (it is new) so I had to give midland one more shot. I got the sushi and sashimi combo, which comes with soup and salad!! Although pricey, it is like 9 pcs of sashimi (albacore, tuna, salmon, something else), 5 pcs assorted nigiri and a spicy tuna roll. I asked for it to be subbed for spicy salmon. Decent deal. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the fish, it is not the freshest ever but it definitely wasn't old. This is probably my go-to spot in midland now. Highly recommend! Will be back for their good lunch specials.
