They sent us an invoice for the dry cleaning. I had an issue with the charge for the seat covers they did for us, and emailed them. I didn't get a reply, so I emailed again... actually 2 more times. They finally replied and apologized to me for not responding. They said they are not "discount" and charge accordingly. I will not do business with a non-responsive or a business who doesn't value customer feedback. Sorry, this is just a personal choice, there are many other dry cleaners for me to try.

I agreed to the timing, but when my partner went to pick up the items, only four shirts were ready. They said they couldn't finish the rest. To make matters worse, he had gone the day before by mistake and was reassured that everything would definitely be ready on the promised day. They claimed they'd call me to explain, but I never received a message. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

The smaller washes are a lot less expensive at $3.65. It's a very efficient way to get all of your laundry done quickly. The thing I was so amazed about the place is that it's air-conditioned. I've been to other laundromats that are not air conditioned. Plus, it's extremely clean and located conveniently on Federal Highway. I know some people just take their comforter to dry cleaners but there's nothing like the smell of a freshly washed comforter. Plus, it was much cheaper than taking to the dry cleaner.

I then tried 3 dryers that did not work. I was actually having a hard time finding a working big dryer. Loading and unloading a big, wet, comforter from one machine to another was not fun. I thought it was just me but I heard others with the same issue. I wish they had a not working sign on them. The customer service is not so friendly here. She did do her job, however it was more like you are interrupting my work attitude.
