Under new ownership and so far I'm not impressed. Went in today to get a cut for my son and I on a Saturday at noon. One barber working but I put our name on the list because only one other person on the waiting list. After the barber was done with the kid whose hair he was cutting he called the next guy up. As he was sitting down the barber told 3 kids who were sitting there that they were up next. They hadn't put their name on the list. I then asked the barber if we had to wait for 4 more cuts before it was our turn and he said yes. I would have walked out when I saw 4 people in front of us with one barber working. read more

I can see why this place has great reviews... I got here 5 minutes after they opened and they already had 3 people getting their hair cut and 5 people ahead of me. However, the employees move quick and I think I only waited 30 minutes. I had Kelly cut my hair and she was great! I have never had anybody pay so much attention to detail and clean me up SO good around my ears and sideburns. Very impressed! It's a cash only place and as of today 11/28/2021, the price for a cut is $22. I'll definitely come back again and will recommend this place to those looking for a great haircut. read more

Are they quick? Yes. Do they do quality cuts? 2 of the 3 barbers I've had did. The other was just ok. Do they get busy? Seems like it. But I arrive before they even open up so it's a non issue for me. Is the price fair? Everything is expensive now, and everyone is just trying to make a living. Do I like the cash only policy??? Not at all. That may be the main drawback. They don't do all the fancy relaxing things my previous place did. The hot towels. The shampoo and massage. But they do what you come here for and do a good job. They cut your hair well. Also don't expect too much conversation. read more

Took my son here for our first haircut after moving to the Murrieta area. Location was close and convenient, and this shop had 5 stars on Yelp so its going to be solid. Went in with an appointment and got sat within 5 mins. My son was assigned to a nice middle-aged woman who was kind and sensitive to him. I waited for an additional barber who ended up being a early to middle 30-year-old, he came in from the back entrance. Upon entering he wreaked of cigarette's, was not very well put together (disheveled look) and through the entire process I could barely understand what he was saying as he mumbled a good amount. He was a nice man, but presentation and professionalism lacked immensly. For the haircuts I first wanted to give them a shot at applying their own artistic approach, the woman had somewhat of an idea, the man could not give me any professional advice on my hair cut. Haircuts took about 20-25 mins. After we got home and rinsed our hair later that day my wife and I noticed some major issues (which we didn't notice while in chair or leaving because our hair was styled at that point: -My son's haircut was cut shorter in the front (like the first 3 inches of the hair) versus the rest of the top of his head (so it looked poorly cut) -My hair was butchered. Brought my 5 year old son and my brother-in-law for simple zero fade haircuts. Luckily they both got a barber right away on a Friday at 3pm. These barbers take their time to truly perfect the haircut as they both took around 30 minutes each. After they both were finished, there was a line of 6 people back with 3 barbers working. At least you can watch TV, play foozball, or eat the free candy while waiting. Truly worth the extra time and money, cost was $17 each. We will be back! read more

If you just want to get a haircut without the extra loud music, barbers talking to each other to the point that they seem to be shouting at each other then, this is the place for you.
