We had no idea and were not notified at all. In fact, Loyal had given us an approx arrival time and we waited closer to another hour before we finally called our insurance emergency line only to find out Loyal isn't coming at all and another company was just asked to pick up where Loyal left us hanging. Never trust Loyal and if you hear that's the company being sent by your emergency roadside service company or insurance company, definitely say no thanks and ask for a different company! Make sure it's a truly local one. Loyal is headquartered in San Diego with locations throughout the state so their system is unreliable. Notice 619 area code for Loyal on the text we got because it's based in San Diego! Avoid at all cost. Terrible or, in our case, non existence service!

Omar was very nice but after making the keys, he charged me way, way too much...$85 a key. I expected $10 each or less. Before I left the shop, I pointed out that contrary to his assurances that they keys he made were identical r to the master because the teeth lined up, the master key had a shoulder that the copies lacked. He assured me it did t matter. When I got home, the keys didn't work. Days later he came over and said the problem was that the keys he made lacked the shoulder. He promised to remake the keys and deliver them, even establishing a particular delivery day, but he no showed and even began only intermittently responding to texts. I went to a competitor who used the correct blank (the one with the shoulder) and he made me two keys for $9 each. Omar overcharged me by roughly $150. Omar has agreed to refund the $170 but to date has failed to do so.

With kids and work, taking my car into a shop is always a pain, so having him come to me was a huge plus. His prices were about the same or cheaper than other quotes I got, which was awesome because it's basically like DoorDash for a mechanic--except he doesn't upcharge just for bringing the service to you. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work too--he even spent extra time cleaning up all the old oil and grease. No waiting rooms, no rides back and forth, just easy and stress-free.
