We usually go to Highland Garden but they are closed on Mondays so we went to Sun Kee. Not sure what happened but I will never (and do NOT encourage anyone else to!) go here again. First off, the prices have sky rocketed! Secondly, the quality is atrocious. Burnt dumplings. Beyond tiny wings. So small that once fried, whatever meat they had on them was just hard. The driver for this restaurant had the nerve to demand a tip after I had to walk to the end of the driveway to get the food. He never even stepped out of the car like no you gets nothing. I'd like to write a proper review but that's not possible... I didn't get past phoning in my order. The lady who answered the phone hates her life, hates her job, and hates the customers. She has no desire to please. She will kill their business. She was so rude and unhelpful I actually had to cancel my order then hang up and call somewhere else. The couple of times I was able to get food from them, it was trash. Their beef broccoli / beef mushroom are indistinguishable, and I would assume the same for their various other beef / veggie and chicken / veggie plates. I love this place...Leslie is great when she answers the phone. Extremely polite and very personable. We ordered in the middle of a blizzard January 4, 2018 The Snow was heavy and blinding. Leslie told us it would be over an hour, I said I understand because of the weather. 45 Minutes later food shows up hot and fresh. My wife loved the Four Seasons that we ordered because we decided to try something new.... it was %100 all the way and it was fresh.... every time we order from this establishment it's always a pleasant experience. Don't expect authentic Chinese food but they are closer to what one would consider authentic than the other take out places in Waterbury. Ordered from here the first time tonight. The food was delicious, no complaints there. The delivery left a lot to be desired. The driver opened the door to our house without knocking then insisted on holding the door wide open because he was worried about his "car" with the "Puerto Ricans running around down the street."
