The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and didn't over stimulate. Only part missing was a beverage offer g but that's okay as well. Getting a pedicure with a foot massage was really relaxing. This was my second time here and when I tell you they remembered me and what they did for me and asked about my sister and the baby and about my move to Cali soon. This type of customer service and personable character speaks volumes to me. I love the fact that they really treat you as family in no time. I always come here for pedicures BUT today was the last time. The woman who did my nails was older…read more She's didn't pay attention to any requests! I told her THREE times about my shape and she still filed them however she wanted to. She KEPT cutting my cuticles while drilling my nails! For the design, I had to pick out my own base color.... I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and that's never happened. I show a design and they pick the colors. I picked the color and the brand that was being used I'm guessing is not very pigmented. She did THREE coats and the polish was still streaky. SHE ASKED "do you want me to take off the polish" because she KNEW it was not looking good. I said yes please because you're almost on the fourth coat and it still doesn't look good. After filing the color off, she just gets up and leaves. No one says anything to me. A new tech comes off and just hands me the different polishes. No hi hello I'll be taking over.... I tell the new tech to not even worry about polishing my nails because at this point, I'm annoyed now. I own a business work on making your customer's experience excellent. I wasn't nasty to her, I wasn't rude, I was politely telling her what I preferred etc.... WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Everyone handled the situation poorly, I was cool calm and collected but they will never get another dollar out of me! 0/10
