This was my second time here and when I tell you they remembered me and what they did for me and asked about my sister and the baby and about my move to Cali soon. I had an appointment at Lovely Nails about a week ago. I made an appointment for my daughter upon…read moreleaving , letting Ryan, the nail tech know that I get off of work at 4:30 and that I was working from home. I did not realize until I received my notification about my upcoming appointment that he scheduled my appointment for 4:30. I called to let him know that when we spoke, I said I get off of work at 4:30, and I would be about five mins late bc I have to log off of work. This guy told me that if I was not there by 4:30 I would lose my deposit. While I was trying to explain to him that I told him that I get off of work at 4:30 he kept cutting me off telling me that he confirmed my 4:30 appointment with me and if I was not there, I will lose my deposit. During him cutting me off I was trying to tell him that I was going to get my husband to drop my daughter off and I wanted to know if he took a deposit for my services as well since I was getting a pedicure. He continued to cut me off and was about to hang up until I told him to hold on for a minute and ask him the question again. That's when I got my reply that he did not take a deposit for my pedicure. When I arrived, there was a person in his chair and he did get done before 4:30. However, he told my daughter to take a seat in his chair while he proceeded to start on someone's pedicure. It was 3:27 PM and my daughter's appointment was in three minutes. At 3:30 PM, I told him it's 330 and he told me OK. I asked him, so you are telling me that I had to be here at 4:30 however you are doing someone's toes. He said yes and before I acted a fool, I replied OK that's how it is, so that I can have a moment to collect my thoughts. During that time, he asked me if I had any questions that was when I gave him the reply I about having to be there at 4:30 PM and you are starting on someone else during my appointment time. He asked me if I wanted a refund and I told him I did. He gave me my money and I left. He lost two customers today. That does not include my other two daughters that goes around there to get their nails done. They will not be returning either. But the disrespect is unbelievable, and before I go to jail, I will go somewhere else to be better serviced. I will go to someone who knows that just as much as I want to have my nails and tools done that they need to pay their bills. Ryan is the most ignorant, disrespectful motherfucker I ever saw in my life. Excuse my French! If you like being treated like crap, go there to be serviced. If you want an experience, because you deserve an experience after taking care of your family all week and working all week, I would suggest that you go somewhere else to be serviced!
