Tiffany is the best nail tech! She's my go to, always so patient with me (my indecisiveness) when choosing a color. I did take two stars off as there was one lady that complained because I was trying too many different colors and "wasting" nail polish... when I was literally just doing a swatch on my nail. I found TH and was persuaded by their drink menu that compliments their services. I love to be pampered with a glass of wine. I was seated promptly for my appointment and showed the tech what I was looking for, she kindly paired me with another tech more experienced with my shape and design needs. TH nails came highly recommended from a coworker, so I decided I would give it a try. I arrived without an appointment and they were still accommodating. TH nails offers not only nail services they offer, pedicures, waxing, lashes, and massages being that it was my birthday I decided to treat myself and get a massage, powder dip nails, and a pedicure. This was my first time here when I arrived I was greeted right away. It reminded me of a spa check in. At the current time they are offering you to pick a red envelope when you get a service due to Chinese new year. I thought that was really cute. My day started with a 30 minute massage which was really relaxing honestly I think I should've had that at the end to wrap up everything. If I had to write the massage, I would give the massage a nine out of 10 and the only reason why I wouldn't give them a 10 is because honestly it's my own fault I should of done 60 minutes instead of 30! After my massage I had my pedicure. Honestly, the pedicure did not live up to my expectation. The pedicure felt rushed. The water was not really warm. I really felt like the girl was rushing through my pedicure. She really did not talk to me. I try to make conversation with her but she was not talking to me, there was a woman that came in after me to get her pedicure and someone else did it and her pedicure was a lot longer than mine. After I got home and I took a better look at my feet I noticed that she really did not do my heels that well and some of my nails on my toes were still rough like they weren't filed good enough. On my big toes she did not get the corners that well where you usually get ingrown toenails so for me, I would have to give the pedicure a five out of 10. On to my nails Tina was my nail technician. Tina was very friendly. She made great conversation while doing my nails. I showed Tina a picture of what I was looking to do and informed her that she didn't have to do exactly that but if she can do something in that same design concept, Tina nailed it I would highly recommend her my nails look amazing. They are the perfect length just like I like them. I would definitely recommend Tina for my nails. I would give her a 10 out of 10. read more

Started out as 5 stars, but.... Their level of service is evident even upon making reservations. The website is user-friendly, they break down categories of services (lashes. Massages, mani pedi, etc). And what each service entails. You can even select from a long list of staff categorized by male or female and of course by name. It is very clear what they charge for each service which is great since the nail place which I normally go to, while friendly and all, always has different prices seemingly every time! When you arrive it feels like a mini hotel lobby with a counter to check in, even with where you sign in with your phone number and register for first time with email address. There is a hand sanitizer placed on a narrow pedestal in the middle of the foyer. You are then greeted, asked if you have appointment and then asked to pick your color based on regular or gel polish. Then you're asked to go to (assigned) chair. The manicure/pedicure area is spacious and open. There are 3 TV monitors within view regardless of where you are seated. 1980's 1990's songs are playing over the PA system. They offer mimosas for each service, even for basic pedicure. For a time period now until Chinese New Year of the Dragon, they advertised on their Yelp website that you get a red envelope with crisp bills of $1, $5, etc and a lucky coin which gives you special discount - let's see if they will remember to give me what is advertised! They did NOT - not 5 stars Now I have been seated and the service was okay, I was bothered a bit by the constant coughing that my technician (don't want to reveal name here) had, she didn't pause to sip water or take cough drop, just didn't feel sanitary that I was in such close proximity. For that, it's definitely NOT 5 stars. Then towards the end, I was charged $38 when after all the praise I had about great detailed info about services and price, I got the spa pedicure listed as $33 so not sure where the $38 came from. I always worry about doing it in case they don't do the color right, or the acrylic ends up too thick, but Yvette gave me exactly what I asked for and did a fantastic job. I scheduled the latest appointment they have due to my work schedule. The tech seems in a rush which I understand, it might've been a long day and she might want to go home BUT I still paid in FULL with additional $25 for the "design" My fault too as I left the salon without completely checking my nails. Even if I did, the salon closes at 7, the same time she finished my nails. I also have to drive the next day at 5am for my trip so I'm not really trying to stay there forever as I live an hour away (i had to try this place as I'm seeing a lot of good reviews, so I did the drive) The next day - one of the nails chipped. I reached out through Whatsapp, they responded the day after but I was out of town. I saw the reply and I responded when I got back which was a week after. Ended up walking in here to waste some time. Not saying my poor feet couldn't use a pedicure. I got the fire and ice one. I thought she did a great job! Tons of color choices. And I went with a sparkly red. You do get one alcoholic beverage with the nail service. They do have a cute little kids area and if you want, you can do a kids party here. But I digress, I came here for an adult! I'm glad they were able to walk me in. The water was nice and hot. They put a bonnet looking thing in there so that seemed pretty clean. Maybe one metal utensil was used and let's hope it was sterilized. I have to admit, I wasn't paying attention cuz I was too busy looking at my phone and enjoying the massage chair. It definitely looks like a bunch of people can make an appointment at the same time. The place is really big! Somehow, it doesn't smell like normal nail salons. It just smells like a regular establishment. I thought my nails looked good. I didn't feel rushed and she did a good job cleaning up my feet. Just a heads up, cash only for the tip! I have been getting my nails done by Tina for a few years. She is phenomenal and I only like going to her for my finger nails. My go-to, at her suggestion, is pink and white ombré but I've had different colors and a few designs. She is quite talented. I've gotten pedicures by different techs and have not been disappointed. They treat my girls well when they come with me for a special treat. The business is professionally managed and they value their customers. Every employee is kind, attentive, and professional. Today was my first time visiting Lilly at TH Nails & Day Spa for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I had to repair four nails that had broken off and the total cost of the manicure was still fairly priced at $50. On my quest to find a salon that doesn't nickel and dime you at every corner, I think I'll be frequenting TH Nails for awhile. Everyone was nice inside and they even started my service 15 minutes early, which was actually even before the salon official opened. I really appreciated that! I asked for a champagne and rose pedicure, got charged for it, but received a regular spa pedicure. I got a massage, and tell me why they used cetaphil for an aromatherapy massage. The room was dirty. Cluttered. Waste of money and disappointed. I stink like cetaphil and I didn't notice my nails right until after I paid and got outside to my vehicle. I made an appointment with Michael after reading some great reviews and he didn't disappoint! Very nice, friendly, and professional, Michael is excellent at his craft. I had a dip powder manicure and a gel pedicure on my first visit. On my second visit, he put on tips for me, then did a great job again on my dip powder.
