THEE BEST!!!! Came in for a quick bronze and met Leah and the owner. Absolutely fantastic service. Super knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the different types of beds they offer. I came in specifically for the high pressure bronzing bed (room12) they offer and the level of darkness this bed did not disappoint in the slightest! The best prices in the area! Not to mention the three different level of beds with plenty of option to choose from and never a wait! The bulbs are also hot so less time spent tanning so you can get catch health rays and benefits from the red light Therepy bed! All under 20 min! I've been quite satisfied with both customer service and products, the beds / rooms are clean and roomy and beds are HOT I've read some of the reviews and disagree with any negative comments about staff and management. The staff is friendly, manager accessible and eager to handle any issue. The price is the best in Pensacola and you have choices in grades of beds and usage. All in all a great experience and friendly atmosphere, whether you're looking for a one time use or a no contract monthly everyday use . Lots of beds to keep clients moving in the busy season and a friendly helpful staff. Ample parking , great price, knowledgeable staff, comfortable atmosphere, great product. I go here because I love a deal. They always have a Groupon for spray tan. The lobby and hall have been renovated and tastefully decorated. I only wish the spray tan room had received as much attention. The rug in there is always dirty and the walls have dust clinging to them. I always have a problem with the door sensor on the spray tan booth. It either opens when my tan is spaying or won't open for me to get in. One time all I got was air and a couple random splatters. Turns out the tank was empty, so I had to wait 20 minutes while they filled, cleaned, and primed it. I will keep going because of the price and it's a fairly decent place. I only wish they'd put a little more investment into the rooms themselves and into a deep cleaning crew. Also their outdoor sign is very faded. It doesn't reflect the modernized tasteful decor of the lobby. I think they might get more business with some curb appeal- a small investment overall. The staff is adequate. Not overly friendly, but courteous enough. But for a $10-$12 spray tan with Groupon, I will keep going back. read more

Let me start out saying this place by far has the worst customer service and attitudes I have ever seen. coming from a local business owner myself I would neverrrrr talk to a customer in such way as they did me...I bought a groupon for 3 spray tans I went in first time front desk girl just had no personality not friendly but Iwas like whatever blew that off I was happy with my results but not with the spray tan room looked dirty and boot legged...so I kept my flip flops on in the machine...so about 2 weeks later i came in to use my second spraytan the girl said the spraytan machine i broke ill call you when its fixed a week goes by they never called so i was in the area stopped n to see if itwas fixed girl up front said no its still broke ill call you I said ok do you know when it will be fixed umm i dont know she said with attitude we had to order a part waiting fo it to ship i said oh ok fine i left....and i left unhappy from the attitude i got from the owner daughter s 2 more weeks go by ann i stop in finaly said yes its working so i used my second spray tan so then 2 more weeks go by and i want to use my 3rd spraytan and the owner is up front I say I want to spray tan he says that be 29.99 I said well no I hav on last session from my groupon he said wellIdont see it it probably expired you only jave so many days to use it I said well I should still be able to get my last one since it wasnt my fault the macchine had been down over 2 weeks an he said what my spray tan machien hasnt been broken at all wgen was this with nasty attitude I stayed calm and said well sir there was blonde girl that is normally up here and when i came in to use it she said it was broke..he reply well my machine hasnt been broke and thats ny daughter youre talkin about I said well ok ask her so he says well just go ahead and go this on time at this point I was still come but pissed off in sid trying to remain calm after this guy has bee, Basicly calking me a lier and attitude so i wen into the spraytan room once again not clean so iget in the machine withmy flip flops onand i start machine wellll guesss what its freakin brokeeee it started then only was blowing air out nothing came out s then machine stops so you can turn and get back done so i didnt turn since it wasnt working i wanted to see what it was going to do so when it started going again only air came out again at first then only 2 out the 3 sprayers solution came out and only for a second...so now im really mad but i decide ill get dressed inform the owner machine isnt working so he can see for himself and be nice about it..so i get up frontt and tell him he looks me dead in my face and tells me im lying and there i nothing wrong with his machine I said sor go take a look he says noooo my machine isnt broke and it works fineee i finaly snapped and went off on him and told him i dont appreciate him continously calling me a lier or his attitude. ..and he told me i i dint leave he wascalling the cops lol really...so my point is this place i a scam and you can go to a nicer high end salon thsts clean with frindly staff for the same price...consider this a biggggWarning....stay way from here it is a scam don do it read more

Staff is nice! Place is clean! Bulbs are always HOT! Price is a little high if your just buying non contract for a week or so. Payed like $30 for one week but if you pay monthly it's almost the same! If you go in the afternoon prepare to burn up! It's very hot in that place. read more

Tanning beds are ok do the job. Other than that customer service on the managerial standpoint is atrocious. I was concidering renewing my monthly membership but summer had started so wasnt going to rrenew due to the fact that i can get all the ultraviolet rays from the sun at the beach. I was offered another option i could have paid the $27 to continue monthly membership or for the same price have 10 tans. So i decided to to take the ten tans and asked the staff so i can use these whenever? They replied yes its made for people who cant make it here everyday. So in my mind perfect I can make it here every day if i wanted but instead i may come once a week and it will last me 2.5 months because i already get the proper amount of raysrays from the sun. Then i return over 30 days later with more than half my tans left and i have told that i cant use them because it been over 30 days, i then go on to say that that is not i was informed and i am a numbers guy and i pay attention to each detaill. Sooooo if both of the packages are the same price one is unlimited tans and one is ten tans and you have a month to use either or then whats the incentive to buy the ten tans. Let me answer that there is no incentive its a rip off lol. so i express my point across to the worker and ask if there is any way i can speak to a manager to get this straightened out she replies no he doesnt want to be bothered by this quote on quote. So i ask is there an email for him reply for that No. So i ask is there any way to reach him answer no not really. Then finally she says leave your number he will call you which isnt happen unless he reads this lol im a buisness owner myself and if a customer was mislead to beliveing something and within a 15min timeframe another customer comes in with the same misunderstanding then maybe you should do something about it or atleast have a to reach managment. I could care less about paying another 27$ thats nothing but its the principle that made me frustrated and belive it or not this is the first review ive ever done on anything lol read more
