Came in for my second facial with Tiffani. She is top-notch and my face felt great right away! I love the ergonomic facial bed--so comfortable and the room was very comfortable and the music (yeah, they have music back!) was very soothing and relaxing. I even fell asleep again. I am not an especially trendy girl so I always have trouble figuring out what to do with my hair, which by the way is very thick! I brought in photos of what I wanted done as I usually do but Ann was so amazing she took the time to go through what it would really look like on my hair versus how in looked in that photo and we bounced some ideas back and forth until we landed on the right color, color treatment and cut for me. So we need to talk about Tiffani and her hair skills. I have a freakish amount of curly hair. I know, no stylist ever believes me when we talk about my hair thickness until they see it. It's truly momentously thick, and super easily tangled, and course as heck. Tiffani slogged through a 4.5 hour appointment like a champ, and managed to fully makeover my hair. (Insert praising hand emoji)!!!! Tiffani SAVED my hair!! I mistakenly went with a Groupon on Destin for balayage and the stylist FRIED my hair and cut off 3 inches to try and fix her mistake. I was over processed and she gave me more of an ombre. I asked Tiffani to help me out and also to chop it off and she said NO we can fix it without chopping it all. She was 100% right!! Gave me EXACTLY what I wanted the first time, fixed my poor fried strands, and let me keep my long hair! I cannot recommend this salon enough! I am so sad to be PCSing after I finally found a hairstylist that I love. Plus Tiffani was so easy to talk and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and gave me 100% of her attention. I've had the same hair dresser since I was 5 years old, so I'm VERY picky and even more careful/skeptical about letting anyone else touch my hair. Plus she stays extremely busy, so trying to do anything last minute with her is next to impossible. I was dressing up in 80's attire for a concert last week, but didn't make any plans for my hair. I called La Fleur at about 12:45pm on a Friday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in for a 3:00pm appointment. I told Ann that I just wanted lots of curls and big 80's hair (which isn't the easiest thing because my hair is fairly short), so we looked up some pictures online for reference. She did an absolutely amazing job getting my hair super curly and teasing the top/front. The only constructive criticism that I would give (and I say it like that because I wasn't unhappy at all) would be that she didn't really ask me anything about the style as she was doing it...i.e. asking is "this" looking like what you want? She did ask me if my hair holds curls very well, and I told her that they typically do as long as they get sprayed really well, but when I got in the car and felt them, they were still pretty soft. So I ended up having to go home, fluff up the curls to make them bigger, and then spray the crap out of them. With that being said, however, the curls lasted through a whole night of dancing and sweating, sleeping all day Saturday (didn't do anything special to protect them), and I just had to re-curl about 3 pieces and give them a little fluff to go out for Easter Sunday festivities. In my opinion, that's the true tell of how well a style is done...how many days of use can u get out of it!! So thank you Ann! Everyone LOVED my curls!! And I'm pretty sure you'll be my back-up hair dresser from now on! read more

I just moved to the area, and as any military spouse knows, always searching for a new salon is one of the hardest parts of moving! I saw a groupon for a haircut, deep conditioning, and partial highlight with Ann and thought, "why not?" I was able to get an appointment the same week, and went in. I never know what to expect- will it be awesome, or will I be there for 4-5 hours because things didn't quite turn out, and oh, now we need to add some toner, and let me ask this other stylist...(true story)? I am very pleased to say that the turn out was awesome. Ann was so sweet. The salon is beautiful, airy, and clean. Best part- I love my color and cut. My hair looks and feels so much better now! (Tip: don't get your hair done every six plus months. It looks like crap. ) My hubby loves it too. He asked- "So, did you like this place?" My answer- "I have my next appointment booked already." So- 5 stars. Definitely give them a try. There are still groupons available- which means even more of a reason to go- who doesn't love a good deal? read more

She was professional and I felt confident in her hands. She did an amazing job, better than any salon I've gone to. She also showed me options for my hair & recommended products. Until this week, I hadn't cried over a haircut in over 15 years. It's absolutely nothing like the style and more importantly, length I asked for. Despite being half the length of my pre-cut hair, it takes me twice as long to style it into something I'm OK to be seen in public with. As I left the salon, I kept telling myself I'd get used to it but I hate it more and more every time I see it. I am SO happy that I connected with Tiffani, and her salon for my upcoming wedding! I live out of town and she was able to squeeze me into her schedule for my trial hair and makeup! Both we're absolutely STUNNING!! She did an absolutely fantastic job, and I couldn't stop staring at the makeup ALL day!!! As other reviews on here have said Tiffani is incredibly responsive, a perfectionist, and so sweet. My experience here was worth 3 stars. The woman Ann who did my hair was extremely kind and friendly. I got partial highlights, a cut, and treatment. When I left my hair felt amazing but it doesn't look much different from when I walked in. The partial highlights were $85 alone, which I think was pricey as my hair isn't that long or thick. The color portion of my visit is what was really disappointing for me. I love to leave feeling new and that just was not my experience. When I met a few friends for dinner later they didn't realize I got anything but a cut! Bummer bc she was so sweet. read more
