Not worth it! these people have no desire to try to keep their existing customers. I've been coming here for quite some time. I pay a monthly fee and yet every time I come the only bed that's available is the stand up. Their standup bed is trash. None of their beds are anything special, basic old tanning beds, their prices are pretty standard with everybody else's however I've seen that they do nothing to try to keep their customers or keep their customers coming back. Anytime I have asked for another bed they only offer me a downgraded bed. It's strange because they never offer you an upgraded bed and they never offered to give you a credit when they downgrade you but they still take your money for the exact same amount every month even if you can't use the beds that you pay for. It's just really lousy business. And the girls that work there definitely do not care. you can tell it's not their business and they really don't give a damn about keeping customers. I came here because I saw many good reviews about this place. I made an appt. to come in for Saturday morning for a body wrap and it wasn't to busy. The person that helped me out was really nice. They also have Netflix for you to watch while you lay wrapped. The first few minutes they started me off at 45 degrees Celsius which is 113 Fahrenheit. The first 10 minutes I wasn't sweating but they do check up on you every 10-15 minutes to see how you're doing so I was able to raise up the heat, and that's when I started sweating! When I was done I felt so gross because I'm not use to sweating so much but it was worth it. And I did see a slight difference on my legs. I felt relaxed after getting out the wrap. I bought a deal 5 for $85 so it's better than just paying for each session separately. They also do tanning but I'm already tan so I don't think I would ever be needing that. I would say the beds are pretty comfortable but the room I was put in was very small. Anyways I will be coming here again. read more

I am a huge fan of NVS! Nothing beats coming here after a good work out and relaxing in one of the beds! My personal favorite is room 25. Not only does the bed get me excellent color but the tan itself is so comfortable, it's not too hot in there with the all the fans and air conditioning they have going in the bed. Being so fair it is hard for me to find a bed like this that I get such great results from. Their pricing is very reasonable here. Their packages are a lot better value and they never expire like a lot of other tanning salons in the area do! I hate when that happens and I lose my sessions... So annoying and what a rip off that is. I have never experienced a problem with the cleanliness here. In fact I have noticed how clean it is on multiple occasions. The times where I have had to wait a minute while they clean the bed before they put me in I have watched them and actually noticed their cleaning to be extremely thorough. All in all I am very happy with my tanning spot and always look forward to my 12 minutes of relaxation here! Oh, and the airbrush tan is great for an extra boost of color for special events!!! This has been my to go spot for all of my tanning needs for many years! Great location and beautiful place--It is a very clean and inviting with a very nice decor. The owners are very sweet and they make sure you are happy with all your needs and their products rock! Not only do they have the new state of the art tanning beds that will not make you burn. They also have a great spray tan booth that will not make you look orange! It has 3 different levels of color to choose from all in the bronze/tan colors, it will make you look tanned. I usually 'double dip' lol meaning I will lay in one of their beds, then get a spray tan after with great results. They also offer other services such as wraps and tan airbrushing in which I have never done at least not yet. They are open 7 days of the week and have late nights available and you are more than welcome to walk in. I never have to wait since they have plenty of beds on hand. I was heading to Vegas for the weekend and decided to get a mystic tan. I called ahead to confirm what is the latest time I could come in, they advised 9:00pm-9:30pm would be best (they close at 10pm). I was greated by such a sweet girl (think her name was Mackenzie) and I told her it was my first time at this salon. She explained that they just changed the mystic machine and it's super high-tech. She also said that if I buy the mystic tan with primer, tanner, lotion, I could get it for a BOGO at $45, which is what I bought. She gave me a few directions but before I started, she demonstrated exactly what stances I would use and when to turn. She made it really easy and also the machine talks to you! I still have my free session left and will happily come back to such great customer service and patience since I was using equipment I was use to! read more

Got a spray tan for my holiday weekend on Catalina and I am **.IN LOVE.** with my tan. Opted for the extra before and after sealer bit, and so glad. It's even, perfect color, and lasting despite getting it a couple of days early! I really wanted a body wrap but was hesitant to go to a tanning salon for it because I'm definitely not the tanning salon type. They are all very nice and welcoming there. Ive been a member off and on for years and Ive never had any issuse and have always been satisfied with everything here in fact I just signed up again this past week. Today (sunday) I checked what time they close and it said 6pm. Comming from Sylmar i hurried over and got there at 540pm. I was happy i made it in time considering Sylmar isnt right around the corner. Wrong! The door was locked!! I was confused and double check the hours on the door and check the time that i had on my ph. I called and an employee answered ans i asked her if tbey closed at 530 or.6 and she said they take there last customer at 530pm and they gives her time to clean up.. uhhh so why dont they just say they close at 530pm?! Its very misleading and frustrating considering im coming from a distance . Hopefully this is the only issue i will come across and will be able to give them 5 stars next time.. read more

Great place! I came in for the body wrap and it was great. A little different than what I was expecting, but I really was extremely pleased with the treatment and am excited to come back. The girls up front were super friendly and very chatty, the girl who helped me get into the wrap and kept checking up on me was awesome (I can't remember her name, but I'll try and get it and edit this review). The spa itself was smaller than I was expecting, but I'm totally okay with that! Everything was very professional and clean, and my room even had a TV to watch Netflix during my 50 minute session!
