Horrible establishment. I came here over the summer and loved it, very friendly and sweet employees, but about a 2 months ago I go in as usual and get undressed and then notice an adult male worker on a ladder overlooking me and my room. I was completely vulnerable and exposed, I then told the owner Ofir about what happened as I left in shock and horror, to be told that I was wrong. He told me that I didn't see a worker and that it must have been a broom, owner is just worried about making money and not about customers well being. Don't come here if you want to feel safe and valued, he will likely let something like this happen again. Zero stars. read more

I called at 7:30 and was given an 8:30 appointment for an airbrush tan, so appointments are easy. They're open late which I really like. I was greeted by two friendly girls and they explained everything about the tan and the different prices/packages. They also gave me a better price than what I was quoted on the phone. They told me about products to extend the tan. They were helpful without being pushy.The salon has nice decor and looks very clean. The airbrush tan was fast (15 minutes) and came out a nice, natural color. I only got one coat, but they will apply more color if you want to be darker. The girl who did my tan made me feel comfortable and that's important for such a personal service. I recommend this place and will return. read more

Came up for a visit with my daughter and we decided to hit the tanning salon. Mackenzie was very courteous and knowledgable. I had a coupon for a two-for-one and after my first visit I already see that I am not nearly as pale as when I came in. I have an olive complexion and generally tan pretty well (when I have time!) I have only ever used the tanning beds that are available at my gym at home and what a difference!!!! If I lived here, I would definitely come back but I know for sure when I come up for visits, this is a must!! read more

I recently got an airbrush tan done by Tatiana! She did an amazing job. I've always steered clear of spray tans, but I decided to give it a try after a friend recommended this place. The salon is clean and all the girls are really nice! Tatiana was informative and talked me through the process. I had also called ahead beforehand and she answered all of my questions. Great experiences here thus far! One complaint .. I tend to come here in between a break at work or in the midst of an agenda. Three times this month, I have had to wait 7-10 minutes to be checked in, only because there was no staff at the desk. If conducting a spray tan, leads to no one employee at the desk, these should be made by appointment only @ shift change. This way there are two people around to attend to customers. read more

My first time tanning! got mystic spray for $25 and had no result AT ALL!!! followed all guidelines and rules (made sure to since it was my first time tanning) called back to ask for another session or at least a refund and the owner was rude. She said the least she can do was give me a deal of buying 2 sprays and 3rd free..wat makes her think i would WASTE more money on her business. Hung up on me 2 times called back a third and said if i didn't take that offer to have a good night and hung up for the 3rd and final time. HORRIBLE SERVICE/EXPERIENCE/ and never expected such a unpleasant customer service from the OWNER!! don't spend your money OR time here guys. I LOVE this place, I got my first custom airbrush done, and it was perfect. At first it's sticky and if you have straps on anything you feel like you'll have a line, but nope just leave it alone wash it off after the recommended 8 hours, and it's flawless! It's also really dark before you wash it off, but once you take a shower it washes off to a golden brown (no unsightly orange) I'll definitely be returning! Great staff too! read more

I usually go to the Sherman Oaks location, however, I go to school here in Northridge so sometimes I spot by here when I am in the areas and the staff is extremely friendly and sweet!! They are extremely helpful and the salon is always clean!! I love their platinum beds and the great thing about this salon is they always keep there bulbs new!!! Made an appointment via Yelp approx one week prior to my visit. Owner himself confirmed appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told there was no appointment for me and perhaps I was at the wrong location, I pulled up my confirmed appointment via Yelp and showed the girl, she said she had appointments already for my time but would accommodate me. Now I've had spray tans before in the past, so I'm aware of the do's and don't's. The girl who was helping me was very nice and when she was done I used the blower to dry off a bit. When I got home later that evening, I noticed several areas of my legs where uneven, I didn't really think much of it as I knew he tan was still setting. The next day after showering the spray tan was worst. Several areas where missed or uneven, it looked horrible. I went back to the saloon, showed the girl (another) and although it was obvious, I was indirectly told it was basically my fault. The girl kindly sprayed my legs again but the damage was already done, my event was the next day and my legs where uneven. Perhaps my spray tan was not done right due to the rush job to accommodate me. Idk - but I won't be returning to this location or to any of there other locations. read more

The girl over the phone was rude! Rolled her eyes at one point when i came in. Wtf? Left me undressed for 10 min while she told me to wait. On top of it my hands and feet were orange! So embarrassing, i got so many comments about them. Im pissed i bought a package because i dont want to go back. I think her name was Itzya. I recently moved here and I needed a place to tan, I saw this place was half a mile from my house. I called to ask them what there prices are and what they offer. The girl answers and says "hold please" she didn't say anything else. I held on the phone for 10min. Thinking she forgot about me I hung up and called again. She answered again I told her I had questions about prices, memberships, and what they offer. All she said to me was "we have beds and spray, just come in, I'm putting you on hold" UM MM hello wtf I'm pretty sure you have beds and spray its a tanning salon. I held for another 15min before I hung up. I don't know what her deal was but she was extremely rude and I drive by there everyday and it doesn't look busy so i don't know why I was on hold so long. It all worked out i found a place closer to my new home that is amazing and is priced great I can spend my money other places that's have customer service and are at least decent to people.
