The sales rep shows you all the different types of tint they offer on a wall, and then she walked me through a shop to show me how what level of tint would look like on a car if it already had stock tint on the windows and if the interior had a dark vs lighter interior. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. My 2006 Chevrolet Impala STILL has the original tint from 2006, prior to that it was my 2005 Malibu EU Body style, and my (was my father's) Ford Mustang 2004 (removal and install), ex-wife 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse (removal and install), and my grandma's 2006 Buick she did. As I sit and read these comments I will attest to a few things. Her "rudeness" only comes from one of 3 things. 1) Calling her to wake her up after missing an appointment you make and she obliges to come don't expect her to be happy (I wouldn't be). 2) Showing up under-balling her quote to do your car with quality material and her hard earned labor. 3) Calling for a quote and then hanging up when price isn't what you expect or trying to low ball. Time is money, and doing this only degrades or devalues someone's worth. Prices vary based on vehicle year and make/model, material you want, and optional features/packages. You're not going to get the same price for a truck as you will with a car, home, mobile home, tractor trailer, or SUV. I have personally experienced #1. I too am grumpy when I first wake up. As you read the reviews on here, you can clearly see the negative ones have NOT had service on their vehicles. Thus they cannot compare nor begin to rate the "Service" provided. They want a steak from a sub shop. Not going to happen. All 6 of the people I referred here, 4 of which are friends, and 1 co-worker, and 1 relative all are thrilled by her service as well. Most of the complaints here are those that order wings from a gas station. Bad idea I admit I shop around also. But once I find the right place I stick to it. Only words. When you read negative reviews, please pay attention to the reviewer and their stats. Do they have pictures? Do they have other reviews? Are all their reviews 1* or 5* only? Not every company is Perfect or Horrible. Think about it. As for DarthShader being picky; it's her business and in her right to be so. In fact I would encourage it to keep stupidness away and keeps quality high. Now I aint even local to DarthShader, I drive all the way from bloody Clermont to get my window tint here. And now with a Hyaundai Accent in the mix, it's time for me to schedule something around the Wife's availability and her schedule.

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it!
