It's a clean and spacious venue and Culinary Dropout catered the food here both times I have been here. And if you know Culinary Dropout, you know you're in for some truly tasty bites. We had beautifully decorated tables with assigned seats, fun music, a bar, and photo ops. The drinks were good - in my opinion they were pretty standard event cocktails. Definitely tasty, but not craft cocktail level drinks. When it came time to eat and we all went through the buffet, I had pretty low expectations since it is a buffet to feed over 100 people. I have to say though, the food was really and truly wonderful. Best event food I've had hands down. Overall if you're looking for a fun place for your next large party this is a great option. I'd be happy to have a reason to go back!

This was the perfect intimate venue and the night was absolutely amazing. Jonathan was extremely helpful suggesting a timeline for us and making sure the event ran smoothly. The fourth floor looks terrible -- there are empty, broken-down rooms and the hallways feel neglected. The carpet on both the fourth floor and first floor is in very bad shape and looks like it hasn't been maintained in a long time. Inside the rooms, the flooring is actually popping up in areas, which makes the whole place feel worn out and poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel just looks very old and neglected now. The elevators are another concern. They make loud noises and honestly sound like they could break at any moment. There is also an unpleasant smell in parts of the building. When you get off the elevator and walk toward the lobby, you can see construction going on, which only adds to the messy and rundown feeling of the property. This place used to be a great stay when we first came here, but now it's honestly pretty shameful to see how much it has deteriorated. The location and concept are great, but the hotel clearly needs serious maintenance and attention.

That means with down feather pillows that I come in contact with it could lead to a hospital trip. It was listed on my reservation.... always is... Didn't happen. I took pillow down to the front desk and dropped off. Aamil and the lady upfront apologizing... They were not the cause of my frustration. I do appreciate them and their service this night.... especially because they were pouring my drinks when I sat at the bar!! I thought an apology would happen at some point from management...not so much.. I will clearly chalk this up as a fail for Moxy Hotels.... as this seems to be missed by several of the Marriott chain hotels...and I continue to be loyal...(head scratching I know) The 2 star rating was given because the check-in experience was having me at zero stars...but the evening and morning staff working (Aamil, Kiara) was superb!! Chairs were comfortable. * Very well decorated. * The acoustics were good. * The microphone/speakers were good. * Bathrooms were clean and stocked. * Room and furnishings were clean. Two refrigerators, two kitchen sinks, stainless steel countertop, island on wheels, all the comforts of home. This is a wonderful space for any event. My event was for an audience of 60 who watched a presentation. The audience sat at decorated tables, and additional chairs were set up as the audience grew. The beverage bar was beautiful with coffee pods, teas, punches, and lots of fruit garnish, lemons, blackberries, and raspberries arranged in a lovely display. Luke attended to our every need throughout the day and never flinched at any request. Always responded with a smile. My group is looking forward to the next event at the Mini Social, which will be next month!!! We are excited.

Served each coarse with a pot of hot earl grey tea never running out. Food was scrumptious and well as visually charming. There was only the one choice of tea flavor as far as I could guess, but fine with me as I love earl grey. I wasn't expecting to sit with others, but that good for me to go out of my comfort zone a little and my Mom loves to chit chat with anyone and everyone. The servers were nonstop accommodating, moving and engaging. We will return for another tea. Also the gift shop was some wonderful trinkets. Will remember for holiday shopping.
