I usually get that done every 3-4 months when I reach a point where the hair on my sides becomes wild and unmanageable. The top is thin enough that there's no worries up there. Anyway, I come home when she's already in bed. She wakes up, takes one look at me and let's out a shriek. Let's say it was a little short in spots. During a recent stop in Ames, my hair had timed out and stopped at the Hair Professionals. They did a very good job and when I returned home with compliments from my lovely wife.

What I'm not very happy with is your hours , when I began at your tanning bed years ago it was great because I could always find a time I wasn't working to get there. Your hours are so short now . On the weekends there is no morning your open early enough I believe it's 10 And noon . Well I'm at work , and you close at 6 pm. I'm still at work . During the weekdays you used to open by 7 at least if not 6 am . Well that's gone. But at least you were open til 9 . And at one point it was 10pm. So I could for sure get a shower after work and get there to tan . Now it's 8 pm , well there's a good many nights I am still at work at 8 pm. So I basically have no points I can tan ever right now. Today was my day off , I just went to tan , Guess what ? You're closed for painting . I've stuck it out with you when it went cashless, sometimes that is inconvienant , but ok. I have stuck it out when you changed your prices and really went up. However, now take a look at how often i can get there to tan . I can barely do it ever . Thinking about cancelling . I work outside as it is . And I'm giving close to 25$ a tan , when i am going maybe 4 times a month. Not worth it .

I always trust my stylist to do what makes the most sense. That's it. Trim the dead ends and make my hair blonder. She seemed confident so I totally trusted her. First, she left me sitting with bleach in my hair for 40 minutes while she LEFT to go eat her dinner. She came back, took my to the sink to shampoo/rinse and put a toner in my hair. She left me there for another 55 minutes (super uncomfortable sitting with your head in a sink for 55 minutes lol) while she left to GO TO THE CAFE ACROSS THE STREET. What? She went to go buy cheesecake with her coworkers. She came back, ate her cheesecake, then came back to me. She washed my hair, blow dried it, and it was awful. My hair was grey and purple. Then she trimmed it, and screwed up the trimming around my face so much I ended up looking like I had a mullet. A grey and purple mullet. Yes. Anywho, I was polite about it but said I was unhappy and surprised by the result. She offered to try and fix it the next day and I declined and just asked to not be charged. They declined my request, and charged me almost twice the amount it said I'd be charged on their website ($113 on their website, and they charged $197). I went to Leedz Salon the next day and they fixed it. They're wizards. Please just go to Leedz instead and stay far away from this place.

These girls tonight were fabulous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make me feel as if I was the only priority even with a very busy store. She explained all of the specials clearly and walked me through the membership agreement thoroughly. I was highly impressed with the bed, the cleanliness of the entire building and the lotion selection. I had no intention what so ever to go to this business due to reviews but I am so glad that the other place was closed. I will admit I was wrong ion the beginning and couldn't be any more pleased with the service and specials I received . They were very kind and personable to everyone in the establishment. I was told multiple different things; to let the pigment push through, people with my skin type or who bleed a lot don't get good results. I felt as though I was blamed for not having a good outcome. I followed the after care instructions very well. After months of asking if this was normal I finally got another appointment 3/18/21,which I was charged $100. I would save your money, I feel like I wasted $500. In addition, when I had my appointments, the atmosphere was unprofessional. She was taking personal phone calls throughout the appointments and at one point was talking poorly about one of her clients that another esthetician was seeing across the hall.

A male technician (can't remember his name) performed my pedicure and he did a fantastic job. I upgraded to the #3 package and it did not disappoint. It was a lengthy as it called for multiple massages, and so relaxing. The environment was clean, and the massaging chairs worked wonderfully. They accepted cash or card, however when running a card the receipt doesn't allow for a tip. I will definitely be returning while I am here in town!
