You lay on a warm table, cozy and covered in a blanket while Tanya cleans, massages and moisturizes your scalp. It was a dream! I also had a long massage (relaxation ritual) which was perfect pressure and Monica was so pleasant and joyful. The check in is small but she's very sweet. The shop is also small but offers everything you need to take the experience home. I was there with a friend and we had a nice afternoon, never really saw other people and had plenty of space to read, relax and process.

I understand things happen however I had been having her do my hair for almost three years and requested several times that she not switch products which she did that day and has admitted to in messages. She rescheduled me for a Saturday three days later but then cancelled on me last minute to fix it saying she had a family obligation. I was nice and said that was fine. I offered to pay for the correct products myself for her to keep in stock since I have gone very frequently over the years. Then she did not even contact me again for 4 more days to return to get it fixed and then her offer was late in the afternoon on a Wednesday asking me to come in the next morning (a Thursday at 9 am) when I clearly had to be working. She offered no other correction appointment only messaged to ask for a curling iron I had borrowed which I did return and I smiled and was nice to everyone there but she was with a customer so I could not talk to her. I then requested that she return my payment or fix it and she then finally said ok she would fix it if I paid the difference between the amount I paid and fixing my roots (which really would be the same i would think because to fix this she would have had to bleach again right?). I said okay that is fine what times do you have Monday.... The she made up some excuse about me being disrespectful of covid when I was the only person in the establishment wearing a mask, which made no sense. THEN she changed her mind and said no you're rude I refuse to refund you or fix it. Who wouldnt be upset walking out and left like this for WEEKS after paying someone over $3000 in 2 years ? Plus awesome tips every time except this one when I left with marigold orange roots. I have recommended this place to so many people but I was unaware that if things did not go well then Erin would just write off her customers, which is what it feels like. It truly seems that she just did not want to eat the cost of fixing my hair a third time.

She barely acknowledged me and the person I was with when we walked in. As for my nails, the pedicure was great. They used warm stones are your legs that feel amazing. Would consider going back just for that part. As for the manicure, I'm okay on not getting a gel manicure again. On the very first day one of them chipped.
