Clean facility, a bit cleaner locker room, and it seems like maintenance is good here. Yes, I saw a leaking roof from the rain, but it doesn't bother me because everything else is good. They have sanitary wipes everywhere for people to use, and I actually see people using them (unlike 24 HF). The facility has all the weights, machines, cardio machines that I need. The air conditioning at least works well, and it doesn't smell like a gym. I see people properly re-rack their weighs after usage, and then wiping down their bench! I enjoy working out more in a gym wherever people are considerate. And I've seen that over here. Kudos! Parking, hmmm... I guess it depends on the day and time you come. Definitely imo, a four star facility.

This place has negative reviews??!!! stop Hating you guys, it's sounds like its owners from other lame stores in the area......LOL a lot these other stores are filthy and the size of a taco truck inside..... Sun Works seriously you guys... have the BEST equipment...... whether its the high pressure beds (which i do all the time) or the stand ups or the mistics... people are Always so helpful and knowledgable.. my whole family (7 of us) have been coming here for years, im a tan-aholic so i would know the difference.....!! this place is soooo clean you can literaly eat off the floor....i feel like its Burke Williams spa without paying $150 for a massage!!!! They really spend a lot of money on this place it looks like hawaii i swear!!! honesty, i dont think i would go to any other tanning salons anymore. This is my favorite place to tan by far! Walk in, get greeted by the lovely Hamlet, put on my lovely elusive lotion (worth every penny), tan on the lovely ultra sunboard, say goodbye to the lovely Hamlet. And repeat this lovely process. Hands down there is not 1 bad thing about this place. I used to tan in Hollywood, and that was meh. This place is LOVELY! Also the beds and prices are waaaaay better. The first time I came in I met Gabby. She was cool. After I didn't see her. That's when I met Hamlet. He made me feel like family. Super super lovely nice guy. Always hooks me up with awesome specials. I was sad that I don't see Gabby anymore but getting to know Hamlet, I fell in love. If anyone thought Gabby was awesome, wait until you meet Hamlet. This guy is even more awesome! ;) But enough about him lol. Like I said. This place is the place you want to be at to get an amazing tan, awesome staff, great prices and all that. Lots of different tanning beds to choose from. The Pura machine is the best spray tan machine there is. I had the mystic package at first but then I tried the Pura and upgraded to that. They also have redlight therapy and body wrap. The redlight theraphy is great before your tan it's so beneficial for stretch marks wrinkles sun spots and all that. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been here for a while now and I don't have any complaints whatsoever. I've been to a few different tanning salons and dealt with tanning beds that don't get cleaned, shitty staff who make me feel unwelcome... so it was nice to finally find a place where I can stop by after work and not have to deal with any of that. Gabby in particular is my favorite person there. She is super kind, knowledgeable, and like someone else was saying in another review, from day one she has always remembered my name and asked about whatever I've been talking to her about on previous visits. You might be reading this and say something like, "I don't care what the people there are like as long as the place itself is nice", and you might not be entirely wrong, but you also probably haven't dealt with catty receptionists who roll their eyes at you when you make basic and reasonable requests as if you're somehow making a huge imposition on their precious time. So without turning this into too much of a rant, I genuinely recommend you check this place out and I can say with confidence that you'll be as pleased as I am, both with the staff and the facility itself. I came here with a close friend I hadn't seen for over a year. After lunch she suggested I try this spot out . When I came in the girl in the front deskgave us a bit of an issue with sharing a package but she let with a small fee (which is ridiculous if the owner of the package is here saying I can use it don't see why there's a fee). Me and my friend wanted to use the same bed "matrix" so I waited for her. The cloth matrix one looked sketchy it looked like a used bed sheet was tossed on it . While waiting I saw the worker mix a massive amount of water into the cleaning solution . Figuring this is regular protocol I made a bad decision to tan here regardless Needless to say both me and my friend got extremely bad fungus , she also had a rash on her back because the bed that doesn't burn BURNED her . We both sat and thought back and it had to be this salon given we hadn't seen each other for a while and went barefoot here. Do yourself a favor find another tanning salon that doesn't jack up prices and has 0 ethics when it comes to being clean. read more

Great Tanning Salon!! I have been seasonally tanning for many years. I don't do too much, but like to keep a nice tan 8 months out of the year. Too many times I have ventured into salons that promise one thing and deliver another. I am lucky to have found Sun Works. The owner and staff were very professional and everything that they have promised me, they have delivered. The location is very clean and the equipment is state of the art. I feel very comfortable when tanning here and would recommend it to anyone who has had a less than satisfactory experience elsewhere. The location is very convenient to my work and I am able to get in and out quickly enough to slip out for a short break and get my tan on quickly. Amazing place, I have lived in SoCal most of my life and yet I am sooo white! I had to do something to look more like my culture so I needed a base tan. The lady at the front desk was very very friendly, and she told me exactly what I needed to do to get exactly what I want. She even suggested a high value package so I would pay less and get the most for my money. The machines are great, you can tell they are the top-notch! I went in under the high pressure bed 4 times already and I have not burned, they have two different kinds based on preference and even a built in stereo to listen to music while you tan! Sun Works Tanning is by far one of the best tanning locations I have ever been to. They are in a great location and the service is wonderful. The staff is well educated on the beds and know exactly what to recommend based on your individual skin type. They always greet you with a smile! I personally use the Stand-Up beds, and every single time I've gone, I never have to wait. There is always a Stand-Up ready which is wonderful! So I'm looking for a new salon and I found the right one. When I walked in I was not expecting to be greeted so warmly! Gabbie is so inviting and made me feel comfortable and was thoroughly explaining all the tanning systems. This place is so clean! Even the bathroom is clean. It's well kept and I really enjoyed the high-pressure beds. The equipment is very effective and they provide courtesy towels and goggles! This place is the best tanning salon I have ever been to.They have the latest and the best beds, membership is the way to go, you get a big discount and it's only 3 month if your a regular tanner it's well worth it. I got an amazing color in the matrix on my first visit. They also have this new spray tan machine pura sunless amazing color it's air brush it also has primer and moisturizer option all in one spray, also it heat dries you at the end perfect experience. Since this ones so close to my house I've been going here lately at least once or twice a week! It's sooo clean I love the atmosphere. I've always been skeptical about tanning for the lack of education on the subject. Well, I'm excited to have found this gem of a salon. It's super clean! Their upkeep of the equipment is right on. Gabby gave me the 101 on tanning and it's been a few weeks and I am so happy with my tan! She is so sweet and has a way of making you feel special. Both the pura & mystic tanning gave a very natural, even tan. The lady suggested the pura spray for a quick tan, and was very honest with her advice so I tried it and loved it! Wow I am impressed. This is an amazing tanning salon. The guy at the front his name was Hamlet and was very nice and informative. It seemed like he actually cared especially since this is my first time. I was scared at first but he made this experience awesome. The bed was very clean and the salon is very big. The owner is so friendly and warm every time I've come. If you make the appointment online, you do have to put a deposit down so it will be taken out from your total which is nice! Can't recommend this place enough! They have other services as well if you're looking for a one stop shop. And the place is so nice inside, it's clean and well taken care of.

I got a 3 month package last year during their promotion. Sadly, the sessions didn't do much for…read moreme. I was hoping laser treatments would help with my rosacea. I wasn't trying to treat wrinkles or remove freckles. If anything, the laser worsened my rosacea and made my already sensitive skin more sensitive. The receptionists/sales ladies were always very friendly. However, the main issue I had was the inconsistency with expertise. I had a different technician at every session and received very different information and advice. One technician literally refused to laser my face that day because my skin was already agitated, whereas previous technicians proceeded anyway. Some technicians (including some receptionists) strongly suggested the "duo" treatment, which ended up aggravating my skin and resulted in a couple of surprise zits. Interestingly enough, the technician at a later session told me I should NOT get the duo as it would be too much for my skin and I didn't need it. Inconsistencies. Case in point. So, while I don't think this business deserves a one star review, I do agree that it's definitely not for everyone. I also really disliked being asked to tip at the end of every session. Despite the initial promo, the treatments were still quite expensive. Call me the cheap a-hole all you want, but I never did leave a tip. I didn't get any results. I also don't tip my dentist and those cleanings require more skill.
